How To make Microwave Spiced Pork Chops
2 inch thick boneless loin pork chops, -- trimmed of fat
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup dried bread crumbs mixed with
pinch cayenne 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin and
1/4 teaspoon oregano and
1/4 teaspoon salt
Rub pork chops with lime juice and coat with cilantro. In a microwavesafe pie plate microwave butter and garlic for 1 1/2 minutes or until it sizzles.
Dip pork chops in garlic butter, then in seasoned breading. Place in center of pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining seasoned breading, drizzle on butter. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium high for 6 minutes. Turn over and rotate and microwave, covered with waxed paper for 6 minutes longer or until center is no longer pink. Bread crumbs create moist topping. Serve with salsa or lime wedges. As a side dish, serve rice mixed with corn.

2 pork loin, sirloin chops (About 2 lbs total)
1 tbsp Olive oil
BBQ Seasoning mix:
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
1 teaspoon fine Himalayan Pink Salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup or more of your favourite BBQ Sauce for brushing on generously
Honey as desired

Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin, about half pound
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
Place pork in shallow microwave-safe dish. Drizzle or brush with honey. Mix together cinnamon, chili powder and cumin. Sprinkle over meat surface. Cover loosely with waxed paper.
Microwave at 60 percent power for 7 to 8 minutes or until instant-read meat thermometer registers 155 degrees. Remove pork from microwave and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice meat thinly and serve.
Sue's Tips:
To make it a meal, steam or microwave asparagus while pork is resting. Serve pork and asparagus along with brown or wild rice or couscous.
Use an unseasoned pork tenderloin for this recipe. Some come in a marinade.
Half of the cooked pork tenderloin can be stored in the refrigerator to be sliced and served on salad the next day.

Ingredients:
2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
3/4 cup Ketchup
3/4 cup Brown sugar
2 tbs Soy sauce
1 tbs honey
1/4 cup Franks hot sauce
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 cup flour
1 tsp seasoned salt
fresh ground pepper
6 pork chops
In bowl, add flour, panko bred crumbs, and pepper. Combine well. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix well
Press pork chops into bread crumb mixture, coat well, place on foil lined baking sheet. Spoon sauce over chops generously. Bake in 450 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes.
**Baking times may vary due to thickness of pork chops.
