What Happens when you start eating Sweet Potatoes everyday
Evidence-based:
Sweet potatoes are delicious, nutritious, and easy to cook. They have an earthy-sweet flavor that goes well with savory spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. They're often used as a substitute for white potatoes in recipes because of their many health benefits.
Sweet potatoes come in more than 400 varieties. All kinds are high in vitamin A. They also contain vitamin C as well as potassium and beta-carotene.
Sweet potatoes contain more calories than regular potatoes. However, they have less starch and sugar content so they don't spike blood sugar levels as white potatoes do. In this video, we are going to be talking about the amazing health benefits of eating a sweet potato every day.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY: MOM AND BABY EDITION | Kryz Uy
So many mamas have been asking me how I prepare Scottie’s food. I’ll be honest, there was a ton of google-ing, book reading, and youtube-ing involved before I finally got the hang of things! I’m still no expert now, but I definitely learn new tricks every day, and my baby is happier and chonkier than ever!
I know the easy way out would be to buy the pre-made baby food from the grocery store, but I find it so fulfilling to make Scottie food from scratch instead. Since I’m just at home these days, it’s not so hard to do. Plus, I get to make sure he gets all the healthy stuff in his diet. Watching him eat is a treat in itself and it definitely makes everything worth it. Scottie Mukbang anyone?
I’m so proud of myself for slowly learning my way around the kitchen! Even though most of my recipes are just simple and easy, I’ve come a looong way! I even prepare meat dishes for Scottie- and I don’t even eat meat! #ThatsLove
