How To make Multi Blend Soft Cookies
4 1/2 c AM Multi Blend Flour
2 pk Dry active yeast
1 t Sea salt (optional)
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 c Honey (or less to taste)
2 1/2 c Warm water
2 tb Apple cider vinegar
1/4 c AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 c Raisins
Combine flour, yeast, cinnamon and salt in mixing bowl. Combine vinegar, oil, honey, water and raisins in a second bowl. Add liquid mixture to dry and mix thoroughly. Batter will become quite stiff, but should not be dry. If dry, add a little water. Drop on cookie sheet. Spread cookies out (they spread very little in baking). Bake in 350 F. oven about 15-20 minutes or until done. Makes 4-6 dozen. Yeast-Free Variation: Substitute a tablespoon of baking powder for the yeast. Use cool, but not warm water. Whole Wheat Biscuits Recipe | Healthy Atta Biscuits | No Maida, No Egg, No Sugar

INGREDIENTS
*1 cup whole wheat flour/ गेहूँ आटा
*1/2 tsp cardamom powder/ एलाइचि पाउडर
*1/2 tsp baking powder/ बेकिंग पाउडर
*1/4 tsp salt/ नमक
*3 tbsp jaggery powder / गुड़ पाउडर
*2 tbsp softened ghee/ घी
*1/3 cup milk or as needed for the dough / मिल्क
*some coarsely ground pistachios or any nuts of your choice/ पिस्ता/ बादाम/ काजू
INSTRUCTIONS
1- Into a large bowl add ghee and jaggery powder, and using a whisk give it a good mix till it’s well incorporated and this mixture turns light and fluffy.
2- Now add in the whole wheat flour, cardamom powder, salt, baking powder and mix it well with your hand. Now add in the milk and form a dough.
3- Transfer the dough on a rolling board and using a rolling pin roll it out into a large circle. Now place this rolled out dough on a parchment paper and sprinkle the ground pistachios generously on top of it. Cover it with another parchment paper and roll the dough one more time so that the pistachios can stick to it nicely. Now at this stage preheat the oven at 180°C/ 350°F for around 10-15 minutes.
4- Cut the biscuits using a cookie cutter or anything from your kitchen which can help you to get the desired shape. Collect the remaining dough and make more biscuits from it. Place the biscuits on a baking tray and bake at 180°C/350°F for around 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely, store in an airtight container and enjoy!!

PLEASE READ: Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the cookie after 1 minute. Once it comes out of the microwave it should be very soft. Allow the cookie to cool slightly for 5 minutes to allow it to set before eating. Enjoy warm. DO NOT over bake! The Ultimate Soft Baked Cookie Recipe
I love chocolate chip cookies but I like them thick and soft baked. I spent a lot of time kitchen testing for the ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe. I think I nailed it with this one. Along the way, I found out that with this cookie recipe, I can use the same cookie base to make different kinds of cookies. In this tutorial, I am showing you 10 different cookie variations that you can make using the same cookie base. Cookies are wonderful gifts to give and share for all occasions. They are easy and quick to make, they do not require expensive equipments, they can be kept at room temperature in a covered container and they can stored to be eaten at a later date. To be able to get that thick soft baked cookie, please follow the chef's notes below. I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I do. They will make perfect gifts for Christmas!
Chef's Notes:
1. I start mixing with cold but not rock-hard butter, then you do not need to chill the cookie dough after mixing.
2. After creaming the butter, sugar and eggs - mix in the flour only until they are blended. Do not overmix. You do not want hard or tough cookies.
3. You need to measure at least 1/4 cup cookie batter per cookie. You can not make soft baked cookies with very little cookie dough.
4. Bake at a high temperature for a short period of time (400F between 13 - 18 minutes depending on your oven and the size of your cookies).
5. Use double pans so the bottoms of the cookies will not burn.
6. After you take the cookies out of the oven, let them sit on the baking sheet for about 5 - 10 minutes before you transfer them to cooling racks so they will continue to bake.
7. Before you start scooping out the cookie dough, bake one cookie first to see if you like the way it spreads. If it spreads too much, chill for 30. minutes.
8. You can prepare the cookie dough, form them into balls and freeze them. Thaw and bake when ready to bake.
9. The amount of ingredients you add like chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles, raisins are variable depending on how much you want to put in. I personally like my cookies loaded :)

Easy CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE Recipe | Crisp Outside, Soft & Chewy Inside
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
✔️Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter(softened) [115 grams]
1/2 cup brown sugar [100 grams]
1/2 cup white sugar [100 grams]
1 whole egg (large) [60 grams]
1 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour [168 grams]
1 tbsp cornstarch [8 grams]
1/2 tsp baking soda [0.7 gram]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 gram]
1 cup chocolate chips [150 grams]
????
1. Cornstarch helps the cookie to have its soft & chewy interior. You may skip this if preferred.
2. Skip the salt if using salted butter.
3. Butter is softened.
4. Chilling the dough helps the cookie to hold its shape when baked.
5. The recipe yields 18 pieces. (approx. 40-45 grams each when baked)
Bake in a preheated oven @ 170 C or 350 F for 14-16 mins.
⁉️Baking temp. & time may vary on the type of oven. Alter accordingly.
I used conventional oven with bottom heat only.
