Mushroom and turnip greens quiche recipe
Ingredients
* Broken dough - 1 Roll (+/- 200gr)
* Eggs - 6
* Cream - 200ml
* Bacon - 100 grams
* Mushrooms - 250gr (Fresh)
* Onion - 1
* Garlic powder
* Creamy goat cheese 125 gr
* Mozzarella Cheese - 100gr
* Olive Oil - Some Threads
* Sweet Peppers powder - A Pinch
* Pepper - A Pinch
* Salt - A Pinch
* 1 turnip hand
* 1 drain of parsley
* 1/2 chorizo
* Oregano
Instructions
1. Start by making a stew in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, followed by the diced onion and garlic powder, followed by the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are very tender.
2. Then add the parsley, bacon, chorizo with a pinch of salt.
3. Boil the turnip greens in a pan, drain the water and cut it into small pieces.
4. Preheat the oven to 200ºC (or what the broken dough packaging recommends), prepare a mold, cover with the broken dough.
5. Add the mushroom filling.
6. Add the sliced turnip greens.
7. In a bowl, scramble the eggs with the cream, season with salt, sweet pepper powder, oregano, white pepper, mozzarella cheese and creamy goat cheese and pour the mixture over the filling.
8. Place in the oven for 40 minutes.

CRUSTLESS QUICHE RECIPE
(makes 8 slices)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped (75g)
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped (50g)
1/2 cup sweet potato, grated (75g)
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated, or any other melting cheese (100g)
5 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese (225g)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup ground oats, or oat flour (25g)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per slice):
158 calories, fat 8.6g, carb 7.9g, protein 12.3g
Preparation:
In a greased pan pan (I use 8-inch or 20cm cast iron skillet) layer down all the veggies and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
In a blender add 5 eggs, cottage cheese, milk, mustard, salt, black pepper, ground nutmeg and ground oats. Blend until really smooth.
Pour the mixture over the veggies and move around with a fork to evenly distrubute the filling.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350F (180C) for 35 minutes.
Let it cool for 20 minutes, then slice into 8 equal pieces.
Serve and enjoy!

4 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups button mushrooms, canned, quartered
¾ cup red pepper, diced
¾ cup green pepper, diced
2 cups potatoes, peeled, blanched, cut into ¼-inch cubes
1 lb premade pie crust
all purpose flour, for dusting

0:09 Grease the preferred baking dish, pie plate, or cake tin, and dust with flour. Preheat the oven as well to 425 degrees F.
0:17 Dust the working area with flour then roll out the pie crust and place it onto a baking medium. Freeze any excess dough for future use.
0:51 Combine the eggs, cream, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and set the mixture aside.
1:15 Melt the butter over a hot skillet and saute the mushrooms, peppers, and potatoes. Saute briefly. Then after cooking, add them to the pie crust.
1:47 Next, add the egg mixture to the crust and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes. Lower the oven's heat to 325 degrees F and continue baking the pie crust for another 40 minutes, or until the tester comes out clean.
