25 Oreo cookies 1 ts Vanilla extract
3 c Flour 4 Eggs, large
1 1/2 c Sugar 3 tb Shortening, butter
flavored 1 1/4 c Milk 1 tb Milk
1 c Shortening, butter flavored 1 tb Corn syrup
1 1/2 ts Salt
??????? ea CHOCOLATE GLAZE 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate pi Preheat oven to 350. grease and flour 9-inch fluted tube pan. Cut each cookie into quarters. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat flour and remaining ingredients except cookies and chocolate glaze until blended. Increase speed to high; beat 2 minutes, scraping bowl. spoon about 3/4 cup batter into pan. gently stir cut-up cookies into remaining batter and spoon into same pan. Bake 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched with finger (toothpick test won't work). Cool cake in pan on wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan; cool on rack. When cake is cool, prepare chocolate glaze. Place rack with cake over large plate to catch drips, then pour warm glaze over top and side of cake. THIS CAKE FREEZES WELL AND GOOD COLD FROM REFRIGERATOR. Chocolate Glaze: In 1-quart saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate pieces, shortening, milk and corn syrup, stirring constantly until melted andsmooth. -----

1 box of Oreo Crumbs (or crushed Oreos)
2 Eggs
1/4 cup of oil
1 Tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of milk
Butter Cream Icing( or any icing of your choice) mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter mixed in.

Most of us like candies! They are so yummy) In our today's menu you will find the most popular candies! Twix, Oreo, Chupa Chups of giant sizes!
1. Maxi Salted Caramel Twix
● 19 pounds of sugar ( 16 for the caramel and 3 for the cookie)
● 4 cups of water
● 4 cups of cream
● 6 pounds of butter ( 2 pounds for the caramel, 4 pounds for the cookie)
● 3 ½ ounces of salt
● 8 eggs
● 20 pounds of chocolate
Process butter with sugar. Mix it with flour. Add in eggs, mix. Refrigerate the dough for an hour.
For the caramel heat up water with sugar. Then pour in cream, stir it all the time.
Remove from the stove, add butter, and then salt. Let it harden in a fridge.
Spread out the dough on a baking tray. Bake it for 15 minutes at 355 degrees F.
Melt chocolate. Pour the first layer onto silicone mats and even it out.
Place the cookie on top. There should be 3 layers. Let it harden.
Cut caramel to fit the cookie. Place it on. Shape a caramel ribbon on top. Cover it with chocolate.
2. Maxi Oreo
● 5 pounds of flour
● 1 pound of dark cocoa powder
● 1 ½ ounces of baking powder
● 3 teaspoons of salt
● 8 pounds of butter (2 pounds for the dough and 2 pounds for the filling)
● 10 ounces of milk
● 4 pounds of powdered sugar
● 6 eggs
● 3 ½ ounces of vanilla sugar
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough. Add soft butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar on top. Process with a blender. Crack in eggs and mix it well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Roll out the dough and shape it. Bake for 40 minutes at 390 degrees F.
For the filling mix butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add milk and process.
3. Maxi Chupa Chups
● 28 pounds of sugar
● 1 gallon of soda (Pepsi and Fanta)
● ¼ ounce of colorings
Heat up sugar, soda, and coloring. Pour into a mold. Let it harden.

Oreo Loaf Cake

Ingredients:
Cooking Spray
1- 1/2 C all purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 C sour cream
1- 1/4 C crushed Oreo cookies (about 16 cookies), divided
1/3 C white chocolate chips
1 T powdered sugar
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan and line with parchment paper, leaving a 2’ over hang on all sides
-Whisk flour, baking powder and salt together in small bowl.
-Whisk sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in medium bowl until combined. Whisk in sour cream.
-Pour flour into egg mixture and mix together with spatula.
-Fold in 1 Cup Crushed Oreos. Pour into prepared pan.
-Bake until toothpick comes out clean…about 40-50 min. Immediately top with remaining 1/4 C crushed Oreos and white choc. chips.
-Lift out of pan using parchment overhang. Allow to cool before dusting with powdered sugar….Enjoy!
