1 ENVELOPE UNFLAVORED GELATIN
12 oz LOW-CALORIE CREAM CHEESE
(NEUFCHATEL), SOFTENED 1 c PART-SKIM RICOTTA CHEESE
12 PACKETS EQUAL SWEETENER
1 PACKET LOW-CALORIE WHIPPED
-TOPPING MIX 1/2 c SKIM MILK
2 ea MEDIUM ORANGES, PEELED,
-SEEDED, AND CHOPPED (ABOUT 1 CUP OF CHOPPED ORANGE SEGMENTS) 1 ea ORANGE, PEELED AND SECTIONED
-FOR ** CRUST: GARNISH, IF DESIRED CRUST: Spray 9-inch springform pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Blend crust ingredients thoroughly and press over bottom and halfway up sides of pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool. FILLING: Pour orange juice into small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over orange juice and let soften 1 minute. Heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves (about 3 minutes). Blend cream cheese and ricotta cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Prepare whipped topping according to package directions, substituting milk for water. Fold whipped topping into cheese mixture. Stir in chopped oranges. Spoon into prepared crust and spread evenly. Chill 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with orange sections, if desired. Makes one 9-inch cheesecake or 16 servings, 1 slice per serving. Calories per serving: 149 Normal Cheesecake: 374 I did not make this -- only tasted the results and it was very good. Also, I can't imagine getting 16 slices from a 9 inch cheesecake, but that's what the directions said. I definitely had a large piece than that. ;-)~

Ingredients:
8 Large eggs
2 cups of self-raising flour or
cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups sugar (1 cup for egg
white and 1 cup for egg yolk)
3/4 cup Fanta or Orange juice
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. cream of tartar
For Icing:
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 small can condense milk * add a few drops of evap milk if d icing is too dry

This Fanta Orange Chiffon Cake is super soft and fluffy with the perfect amount of sweetness. It's a great cake for casual tea time with family and friends.
This is how to make Fanta Orange Chiffon Cake:
Fanta Orange Chiffon Cake
Ingredients:
7 Eggs, room temperature
130 ml Vegetable Oil/ 1/2 cup
220 g + 130 g Sugar/ 1 cup + 1/2 cup for Meringue
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
250 ml Fanta Orange Softdrinks/ 1 cup
400 g Cake Flour/ 2 1/2 cups
1 Tbp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar (or 1 tsp of lemon juice/vinegar)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 165°C/329°F. Line bottom of an ungreased tube pan (25 cm/10 inch) with parchment paper.
2. Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add egg yolks, oil, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix everything together by using a whisk.
4. Add Fanta softdrink.Continue whisking until everything is well combined.
5. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk until everything is well incorporated.
6. In another large mixing bowl, add egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat on medium high speed until foamy.
7. Gradually, add in the remaining sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
8. Fold meringue into the orange cake mixture by using a rubber spatula.
9. Pour mixture into prepared tube pan.
10. Bake for 65 - 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
11. Immediately turn pan upside down or else the Chiffon Cake will sink in. Let cake cool completely.

cake flour 1/2 cup

baking powder 1/2 tbsp

oil 1/4 cup
fanta orange 90 ml ( you can replace milk same amount)
vanilla 1/2 tsp
eggwhites 6 large
sugar 1/4 cup
cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
Icing:
condensed milk 1 can
butter 1 cup 226 grams
cheese (grated)
powder milk 1/2 cup (optional)
Baking time 30 to 40 minutes depending on what size of pan you using. (i used 10 inches round pan)
Oven temperature: 180°c
