1 Cup Pasta
1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms
halved
3/4 Lb. Lobster Tails
3/4 Pint Cream
1/2 Lemon
1 Dash Sherry
Salt And Pepper Spice Salt :
(picanta) Msg -- optional Estragon Garlic Cornflour Boil the pasta according to directions. Remove and run cold water over it. Fry the mushrooms in butter, then add the cream and bring to the boil. Thicken with cornflour. Season to taste. Add the pasta and lobster tails and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, add lemon juice, a little whipped cream and a dash of sherry. Serve with a selection of wholemeal bread

- 1 to 2 Lbs Raw Large Shrimp (Peeled/ Deveined/ Tails Off)
- 2 Large Lobster Tails
- 1 Large Contained Lump Crab Meat
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lb Linguine Pasta (Cooked | Feel Free to use more. I only used a little over half of the package.)
- 2 Diced Shallots
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2.5 Cups Heavy Cream or Half & Half (They can be mixed if preferred)
- Parmesan Cheese (Only enough to thicken the sauce, about 1/4 Cup)
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper to Taste
- Parsley and Lemon Juice for Garnish

- 1 Pt Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded or Freshly Grated
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Small Onion, Diced

DREAMY & CREAMY Lobster Ravioli Sauce Recipe That’s Rich With Flavor!
Made with butter, cream, garlic, Parmesan, white wine, and lemon, this lobster ravioli sauce is truly irresistible.

Ingredients
Servings: 4
1 lb lobster ravioli
2 tblsp butter
2 cloves of garlic
½ cup(s) dry white wine
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/14 cup(s) heavy cream
⅓ cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for serving, optional
Directions 5 steps | 20 Minutes
Step 1
To get your lobster ravioli sauce started, first gather all ingredients and bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Then cook your ravioli to al dente according to package instructions.
Step 2
Next, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and cook the garlic until it is softened and fragrant. This will take about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Then zest the lemon using a citrus zester like True® Zesty™ Citrus Zester or Channel Knife. After that, add in the white wine, lemon zest and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and simmer for roughly 2 minutes. Whisk in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Let your losber ravioli sauce with white wine simmer a few minutes until slightly thickened. Lastly for this step, whisk in the cheese.
Step 4
Add the ravioli to the lobster ravioli sauce and toss to coat. Garnish your dish with fresh herbs and additional cheese if desired.
Step 5
Serve your pasta with lobster ravioli sauce immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients
8 cherry tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup chopped tri color peppers
5 large garlic cloves
1/2 of a medium onion
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp salt free southwest seasoning
3/4 cup broth (chicken or veggie)
3/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
This sauce can be used with any seafood! The goal of this video was to show a universal seafood pasta sauce that is easy to make and delicious.
