cooked 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese :
grated Stir-fry veggies in oil 2 min. Lower heat and stir-fry one min. longer till veggies begin to brown. Add white cheese. Cook 1/2 min . Add pasta and heat. Sprinkle Parmesan on top before serving.

Zucchini Pasta with a Mushroom Bolognese Sauce. Serving size: 1 cup Zoodles + 3/4 cup sauce Calories: 380, Protein: 37g
???? Ingredients: * Zucchini x 3 * Ground Beef 93% x 1 lb * RAO’S sauce (any variation) x 24 oz jar * Mushrooms x 1 lb * Marsala cooking wine x 1 tbsp * Garlic x 1 tbsp * Seasoning (as desired) * Parmesan x 1 tbsp per serving
???? Directions: * Stovetop: Medium-High heat * Cook the meat in a frying pan until brown. Drain the grease and transfer it into a pot for later use. * Wash the mushrooms and cut off all the stems. Slice them into 1/4 thickness or thinner. * Add garlic, Marsala wine, and mushrooms to the frying pan. Set the heat to medium-high. * Cook for about 8 minutes until the mushrooms have shrunk down and turned golden brown. * Drain the mushrooms and add them to the pot with the meat. * Add the sauce to the pot and stir. Put the lid on and set the heat to low. * Wash the zucchini, cut it in half, and press the cut part against the blade of the Spiralizer. * Spiralize all 3 zucchinis. There's no need to heat or cook the zucchini. * Add Parmesan and serve.
Boil pasta for 8-9 mins. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped mushrooms , zucchini , pepper, salt and garlic powder and cook for 2-3 mins. Add this to the boiled pasta along with pasta sauce and mix well. Serve it hot.

Hunt down a selection of interesting mushrooms for this Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta recipe, they will add flavour and texture beyond anything you’d get from regular old button mushrooms!
You'll need:
4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1 onion, finely sliced 50g butter, cut into pieces 500g mixed wild mushrooms, torn into bite-size pieces 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced 450g bucatini 50ml dry white wine 250ml double cream Zest and juice of ½ lemon 15g Parmesan, finely grated, plus more for serving Small handful parsley, chopped Freshly ground black pepper
