grated Stir-fry veggies in oil 2 min. Lower heat and stir-fry one min. longer till veggies begin to brown. Add white cheese. Cook 1/2 min . Add pasta and heat. Sprinkle Parmesan on top before serving.

RECIPE Ingrediants:
(SAUCE SERVES ABOUT 4) 1 tablespoon of butter 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 14 oz. can of crushed tomatoes with basil flavor 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 medium onion diced thinly 4-5 or to taste cloves of garlic thinly diced as well 2 tablespoons of crushed red pepper flakes if you like it spicy or less if you don't Mushrooms to taste salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup of red wine stir then cover at low to medium heat for 45 minutes to an hour until vegetables are fully cooked.
(NOODLES)
1 TO 1 1/2 Zucchinis per person (lightly salted) 1 tablespoon of olive per zucchini cook at low to medium heat till you reach desired constancy about 5 minutes was perfect for mine.
Serve noodles top with sauce and enjoy!

- 1 lb closed cup mushrooms - 2 cloves Garlic - 2/3 cup Peas - 1/2 tsp Thyme - 2 Zucchini - 1 lb Spaghetti - 1 tbsp salt - freshly ground black pepper - 1/4 cup Heavy cream - 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes Total Time = 20 minutes

Instructions:
- In a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium high heat, combine - spaghetti, mushrooms, zucchini, peas, garlic, thyme and 4 1/2 cups water; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until pasta is cooked through and liquid has reduced, about 8-10 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and heavy cream. Serve immediately.
