How To make Penne and Tuna Sauce
2 T Olive oil
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1 sm Can plum tomatoes
1/2 md Onion, chopped
3 Anchovy fillets
6 1/2 oz Can tuna
1/2 lb Penne
Pepper
Heat oil in a frying pan, add onions and saute 5 minutes. Add garlic, cook until onions start to brown. Add anchovies. Crush them with a spoon. Add tomatoes, simmer covered to form a sauce about 15 minutes. Drain the tuna and break into large flakes; add tuna to sauce with a little pepper (anchovies and tuna are already salty). Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Juices will evaporate and sauce will thicken.

Penne Pasta With Tomato Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
250g penne rigate
500g sweet style red pasta sauce/tomato sauce
250g ground pork
2 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp basil leaves
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
Sweet Red Sauce Pasta Recipe Procedure:
1. Cook pasta according to package instruction and set aside.
2. Preheat pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil.
3. Saute onion and garlic.
4. Add ground pork.
5. Add basil leaves.
6. Let it simmer for few minutes.
7. Add the tomato sauce.
8. Add the shredded cheese.
9. Let it simmer again for few minutes to make sure ground pork is cook.
10. Add the cooked pasta and mix them well.
11. Then transfer it to serving plate and serve.

Ingredients:
350g (12.35oz) spaghetti or other pasta of your choice
500g (17.6oz) tomato sauce
2 tuna cans (225g/8oz), drained
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
60g (2oz) sun dried tomatoes
1/2 chili pepper
1/4 bunch parsley
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Chop onion, dried tomatoes and parsley. Slice chili pepper and crush garlic.
3. In a large skillet heat olive oil, sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes, add crushed garlic, sliced chili, chopped dried tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir, cook for 2 minutes. Add drained tuna and cook 1-2 minutes.
5. cook according to package directions. Drain and transfer to the pan.
6. Stir until combined. Turn the heat off, add chopped parsley and serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp extra virgin Spanish olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- tomato sauce - 500 g can
- sea salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tuna can in oil
- 2 cups whole wheat penne pasta - 250 g
- fresh parsley
- oregano
- paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by finely mincing 1 clove of garlic, and finely dicing 1 onion.
Fill a sauce pan with water to a little over half ways, drizzle in some extra virgin Spanish olive oil, season with sea salt and heat it with a high heat
Heat a large non-stick frying pan with a medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin Spanish olive oil, and butter; once the oil get´s hot add the diced onions and minced garlic and mix with the oil, cook for about 4 minutes stirring occasionally next add tomatoes and lower the fire to a low heat to simmer.
Once the water begins to boil in the sauce pan add 2 cups of whole wheat penne pasta and cook to al dente, mine was exactly 11 minutes, check your package for timing, then drain the pasta and set aside.
Turn off the heat in the sauce, put the sweetcorn and mix together until well incorporated, then add the cooked pasta and mix everything together until well combined.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve straight out of the pan
