How To make Penne w/Garlic Sauce
1 lb Penette pasta
1 t Salt
1 t Olive oil
2 T Garlic clove minced
4 ea Bacon strips
6 md Garlic clove
3 md Tomato raw, 1 medium
1/2 c Wine table, white
1 1/2 c Cream, heavy whipping
1/2 c Parmesan grated
1/2 t Basil
The 6 cloves of garlic is really a head of garlic. Slice the top off place in an oven pan and drizzle olive oil over it. Roast about 3/4 hour in a 250 oven. Cook the penne per instructions, leave a little al dente. Rinse and coat with olive oil to prevent sticking together. Sauce: In a skillet over high heat add olive oil and finely chopped bacon. Cook until golden add the roasted head of garlic by squeezing the soft garlic into the pan. Cook for awhile to reduce then add white wine. Stirring occasionally continue to reduce. Add the cream, tomato and basil continue to reduce. Slowly stir in the grated parmesan and blend into smooth sauce. When reduction is complete add the penne and cook to heat it through.

Learn how to make Penne Aglio Olio E Peperoncino at home that tastes delectable and is very easy to make.
Chef Shantanu Gupte brings you a palatable taste from the traditional Italian cuisine, called Aglio Olio E Peperocino. This Italian pasta dish is said to originate from the region of Abruzzo. The speciality of this pasta is that it is made without using any sauce. This pasta is absolutely delish with flavors of garlic, olive oil and red chilli pepper.
Ingredients:
200 gms Boiled (Al Dante) Penne Pasta
4 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 - 5 crushed garlic cloves
1 - 2 tsp. chilli flakes (according to your spice levels)
3 - 4 fresh basil leaves
1 spring of thyme
4 - 5 Italian black olives
7 - 8 cherry tomatoes
Freshly grounded black pepper
Cheese for Taste
Method:
- Heat a pan and pour in a generous quantity of olive oil.
- Add the garlic and red chilli flakes in the pan.
- Add the pasta to the above ingredients, toss them nicely and add a little bit of water to it.
- Roughly tear some fresh basil leaves, some dried oregano and a small spring of thyme into the pan.
- Add some cherry tomatoes and some Italian black olives to the ingredients.
- Put in salt for seasoning and some fresh grounded pepper to the pasta.
- Lastly, add some olive oil to the pasta and your pasta is ready to serve.
- Garnish it with some grated cheese and few small basil leaves.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil

red chili flakes to taste
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
3/4 cup crushed tomatoes
salt to taste
fresh parsley, chopped
7-12 oz Pasta
Boil your pasta to packaged directions and set aside saving some pasta water.
In a frying pan over medium low add olive oil and your garlic. Cook until fragrant, then add crushed tomatoes, sliced olives and red pepper flakes. Season to taste with salt and add your cooked pasta with some pasta water. Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
