No one really knows exactly where alla Vodka originated but everyone has thier own version, today we are making my version which is enough to make dinner tonight and still have enough sauce leftover to freeze for another meal.

Testing Bella Hadid's TikTok Spaghetti with Prosciutto & Pine Nut
We loved Gigi Hadid's Spicy Vodka pasta last year so we knew we had to try Bella Hadid's pasta. Bella doesn't give it a name, but it's pasta or spaghetti. Bella Hadid has been doing more home cooking recently, she mentioned in an earlier TikTok video while making burgers and fries that she's been leaving her house less. Then she asked if we wanted to see more cooking videos? So far she's made burgers and fries, chicken shawarma, pan fried veggies, etc. If her cooking gives her both a hot and happiness then we are ready to make more from her. This recipe is similar to the famous Italian dish called Spaghetti Alio e Olio, which is basically Spaghetti with Olive Oil and Garlic. Her version is more fun with added crispy prosciutto, red pepper flakes and pine nuts. We love traditional recipes dialed up! You won't regret it, make this today. Does it beat Gigi's? Well, if you love sauce then no :)

For the recipe referenced in today's video:
Bella doesn't list the actual recipe but you can follow along her video, here's what we did:
1. Toast 1/4 Cup of pine nuts in olive oil. Once toasted, set aside.
2. Same pan, add more olive oil and 6x sliced garlic and large tablespoon of chopped garlic - or more if you like. Til golden.
3. Thinly slice 6 Prosciutto's slices, julienned (roll into cigar and slice thinly). Cook til crispy.
4. Add red chili flakes to taste - at least 1/4 teaspoon.
5. Add chopped basil and toasted pine nuts.
6. Add spaghetti noodles (1/2 box) to the pan with 1/4 cup of shaved parmesan cheese.
7. Toss til mixed well, add more olive oil if needed.
8. Serve with extra garnish.
QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. Tailor to your liking, if you want more garlic then add it. Like it spicier, add more. Like cheesy, add more. You get it.
2. The garlic does burn so if you're adding chopped garlic in addition to sliced, we say add it before you move to next step and not beginning.
3. Maybe save a little pasta water, it did help. Kat added some in hers after and found it brought the cheese in better but if you use grated parmesan it might've been better. We used shaved and that's better for garnish but to mix, probably grated.
4. We kept adding more olive oil because it felt dry, so be generous.
