1/4 Lb. prosciutto ham -- chopped 1 Lb. penne pasta 28 Oz. Can chopped tomatoes 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tsp. chopped garlic 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes 1 Tbsp. crushed bay leaves 1 Tsp. crushed red pepper 1/4 c. vodka 1 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add crushed tomatoes, prosciutto, parsley, bay leaves, red pepper, vodka and simmer for about 10 minutes in medium heat. 2. Cook penne and drain. 3. Add heavy cream to sauce and cook for 2 minutes in low heat. 4. Mix penne in sauce and add Parmesan cheese. Mix again. Serve with garlic bread.

How to Make Penne Vodka! | Easy!
In this video, I will show you how to easily make a delicious penne vodka! You will need: 1 pound pasta 2/3 Cloves of Garlic 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1/2 Cup cream 28-32 oz Tomatoes 1/2 Cup-3/4 Cup Broth Grated Parm Cheese
Optional: Broccoli Peas Vodka
This video is pretty straight forward. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them and I will try to get back and answer them! Also, I have to warn you, use the vodka at your own risk. I am not responsible if the alcohol doesn't fully burn off. Make sure it is cooking at least 10 min with the vodka in, and the more vodka you put in, the longer it will take for it it burn off.

In this installment of PJ Cooks Sexy Food we are making my version of an Italian American favorite we are making Rigatoni alla Vodka a delicious pasta dish made with prosciutto, butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, vodka, crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, basil, oregano, red pepper flake and parmesan cheese. No one really knows exactly where alla Vodka originated but everyone has thier own version, today we are making my version which is enough to make dinner tonight and still have enough sauce leftover to freeze for another meal.
The secret ingredient in all my recipes is love.
