Here's the recipe for my delicious, light pistachio and white chocolate bundt cake.
This cake can be made in any tin if you haven't got a bundt tin.
240g Unsalted butter. Plus extra for greasing
300g Golden caster sugar.
3 Med eggs.
300g Plain flour. Plus extra for tin.
2.5 tsp Baking powder.
240g milk
80g White chocolate chips.
85 g of finely ground pistachios, Plus 20g extra for decoration
20g of melted white chocolate.

Pistachio Bundt Cake with Pistachio Pudding & Cake Mix | Bundt Cake Recipe
This pistachio Bundt cake recipe is one of my favorite cakes! Since you use 2 boxes of pistachio pudding mixes, this pistachio Bundt cake is so moist! Even if you don't like pistachios, give this pistachio Bundt cake a try since this Bundt cake does not even taste like pistachios. Feel free to add extra pistachios and/or green food coloring to this Bundt cake recipe to give it an extra green color for holidays like St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Christmas, or any day of the year!

Pistachio Bundt Cake Recipe Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
2 packages 3.4 Oz instant pistachio pudding mix
1 ½ cup of water
4 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp almond extract
7 drops of green food coloring (optional)
½ cup chopped pistachios (optional)
1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions
1. In a large bowl of a hand or stand mixer, add yellow cake mix, 2- 3.4 oz. packets of instant pistachio pudding mix, water, eggs, vegetable oil, and almond extract. Mix on a low speed until all of the ingredients are combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary with a spatula. If you would like a really green cake, add a few drops of green food coloring into the batter. I added about seven drops of Americolor green gel food coloring to this cake for a deeper shade of green.
2. Brush on melted butter to a Bundt pan making sure you cover the entire pan and sprinkle some all-purpose flour to the pan after adding the butter to ensure the Bundt cake does not stick.
3. Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for around 45 minutes. You will know the cake is done when a toothpick comes out clean.
4. After the Bundt cake has completely cooled, feel free to add any glaze or powdered sugar on top.

This is the easiest and most delicious cake you’ll ever eat and a very good recipe to impress your friends and family.

1 box cake, white or yellow
1 box (3.4 oz) pistachio instant pudding & pie filling mix
1 cup whole milk
1 cup canola/vegetable oil
3 eggs
Green food coloring
Bake at 350 F or 177 C for 30 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.

1 box (3.4 oz) pistachio instant pudding & pie filling mix
½ cup whole milk
1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP original whipped topping, thawed
Green food coloring
Garnish with chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
