Golden Chicken Thighs with Plum Sauce
This is a simple yet delicious dish that you can make quickly, after coming home from a hard day's work. It's sweet, sour and savoury. And it goes down very well with rice and kids… I mean kids love it as well.
Ingredients:
800g Chicken tight
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp corn starch
Sauce:
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Plum sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
75 ml Water

黑酱油 - 半汤匙
咸水梅 - 3粒
蚝油 - 1汤匙
浙醋 - 1汤匙
酱油 - 3汤匙
姜 - 8片
干橙皮 - 5克
桂皮 - 5片
冰糖 - 50克
黑酱油 - 1汤匙 (上色)
足够的热水 - 盖过鸡肉一半就可以了
足够的食油

Asam Masin - 3 biji
Sos Tiram - 1 s/b
Cuka Hitam - 1 s/b

Kulit Limau Kering - 5g
Kayu Manis - 5 keping
Gula Batu - 50g
Kicap Pekat - 1 s/b (naikkan warna)
Air Panas Secukupnya - boleh tutup separuh ayam
Minyak Secukupnya
