Portuguese Style Sauteed Shrimp Recipe
Portuguese Style Sauteed Shrimp
Well, here is one of my favorites meals, sauteed shrimp. I like serving this to my family and friends and watch their faces glow as they dash to the serving table.
Here of course you can control the spice and make it as hot as you like. Now in this video, I did make it a bit on the high side of hotness because my wife and I like it this way. Also, I like the sauce on the less thick and clear side, so I can dip some bread into it and enjoy the sauce.
I like to use fresh shrimps with the skins on and heads on. I use the heads for during the cooking process it lets out its natural oils the blend into the sauce. Of course, when I serve the shrimp, I remove the heads for my wife does not like to look at it.
Let me know how yours turned out.
