Puffed wheat kurmura is a low calorie snack that is made using very less oil compared to other snacks and is really tasty and crunchy .
INGREDIENTS;
Puffed Wheat - 200 gms
Oil- 3- 4 tbsp
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Roasted gram - 1/4 cup
Crushed garlic -4-5
Curry leaves - handful
Dry Red Chilli - 2-3
Salt - to taste
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp optional
Chaat masla - 1/4 tsp (optional )
