a pinch Salt

Ingredients
EGGLESS SPONGE
CURD/YOGURT - 1/2 CUP
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1/2 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/4 TSP
OIL - 1/4 CUP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 TSP
FLOUR/ maida - 1 Cup
vanilla buttercream icing

Strawberry Mousse an Easy NO COOKING Valentine's day recipe that can make your valentines day special. Subscribe to The Foodie for more such recipes.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Caster Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tsp Gelatine
- 1 Cup Sweetened Whipped Cream

Procedure:
- In a blending jar, add in the chopped strawberries, followed by caster sugar
- Blend to a paste-like consistency. Keep aside
- In a tiny bowl add gelatin powder & some water. Mix well
- Add the gelatin mix to the strawberry puree & mix well
- Add sweetened whipped cream to the strawberry puree & mix well. The mousse is now almost ready
- In the serving glass, add a layer of mousse at the bottom. Top it up with a layer of strawberries
- Repeat this pattern till your glass is full
- Set the mousse in the fridge for an hour before serving

- Pinata Mould (पिनाटा मोल्ड)
- 200 gm White Compound (वाइट कम्पाउंड)
- 1/8 Tsp Oil Based Red Food Color (चॉकलेट का लाल रंग)
Cake:
- Appe Pan (आप्पे पात्र)
- ¼ Cup Yogurt (दही)
- 3 Tbsp Milk (दूध)
- ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 1 Tbsp Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
- 2 Tbsp Oil (तेल)
- Few drops of Red Gel Food Color (जेल फ़ूड कलर)
- ½ Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
- ½ Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
- 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
- Some Chocolates/Candies of your choice (अपने पसंद की चॉकलेट)
CHOCOLATE GANACHE BROWNIE:
INGREDIENTS:
Brownie:
- ¼ Cup Chocolate (चॉकलेट)
- 2 Tbsp Butter (मक्ख़न)
- ½ Cup Curd (दही)
- ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
- ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour (गेहूँ का आटा)
- ½ Cup All Purpose Four/Maida (मैदा)
- ¼ Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
- ¼ Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
- 3 Tbsp Milk (दूध)
Ganache:
- 200 gm Dark Chocolate (डार्क चॉकलेट)
- 100 gm Fresh Cream/Whipping Cream (मलाई/व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min
- Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 20-25 min
RED VELVET TAWA CAKE:
INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
- ¾ (180 ml) Cup Milk (दूध)
- 2 Tsp (10 ml) Vinegar (सिरका)
- ¾ Cup (75 gm) Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- ¼ Cup (60 ml) Oil (तेल)
- ¾ Cup (90 gm) All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा)
- 1 Tbsp (7.5 gm) Cocoa Powder (कोको पाउडर)
- 1 Tsp (4 gm) Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
- ¼ Tsp (3 gm) Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा/मीठा सोडा)
- Few drops of Red Gel Food Color (लाल जेल कलर)
Frosting:
- ½ Cup (120 ml) Curd (दही)
- 2-3 Tsp Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
- 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) Fresh Cream (मलाई)
- ¾ Cup (180 ml) Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
BOURBON BISCUIT CAKE:
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gm Bourbon Biscuits
- 4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar/Pisi Hui Cheeni
- ½ Cup Milk/Doodh
- 1 & ½ Tsp Baking Powder
- 1-2 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 30-35 min.
