How To make Ramen Vegetable Steak Skillet

3/4 pound beef top sirloin :
in thin strips*
1 pound pkg. Green Giant American Mixtures, Frozen -- Broccoli,
carrots -and water chestnuts 4 1/2 ounce jar sliced mushrooms -- drained
1 1/2 cups water
Heat oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink. Crumble ramen noodles. Add noodles, contests of flavor packets, frozen vegeables, mushroom and water to meat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. * steak is easy to slice if it is partially frozen. Makes 5 servings. 2 packs instant ramen noodles (sub with any other noodles)
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 green onions
4-5 garlic cloves (2 tsp minced garlic)
1 tbsp red pepper flakes/coarse red chilli powder
2 tbsp soy sauce (1 tbsp per bowl)
1 chicken/veg stock cube
4 cups water
2 eggs
Greens that can be used:
Bok choy, thinly shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, baby spinach, choy sum, romaine lettuce

Love ramen? Start incorporating the noodles into a stir-fry with this easy weeknight dinner.
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add steak and sear until your desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium, then transfer to a cutting board and let rest, 5 minutes. Slice.
