½ Kg Combination on Green Peppers(Habanero, Jalapeños, Serrano, Thai Green Chilli, Green Bell pepper)
2 Tsp Knor Seasoning or Maggi Cubes
1 tsp Blackpepper
2 tsp Salt
3 Sprigs of Green Onion
Red Pepper Sauce
7 - 8 Scotch Bonnets
1 Large Onion
3 Tomatoes

- Frozen or fresh vegetables of choice

To make a spicy roasted red pepper sauce, you can include 1 or 2 African bird's eye chilies or any spicy chilies. Add one by one! otherwise, it can get too spicy!
You can combine this with orange peppers, but I suggest to skip the green ones, as they have a completely different flavor!
To make this feel like an italian roasted peppers recipe, include herbs like basil and oregano into the blender!

Yield: Approximately 2-4 cups (depending on pepper size)
INGREDIENTS
20 Fresh Bell Peppers, any color, washed, seeds removed & roughly chopped
1 ½ C. Apple Cider Vinegar (plus more for consistency preference)
1 t. Salt (or to taste)
2 t. Ground Turmeric (or to taste)
1 T. Minced Garlic, fresh or in water (or to taste)
Sweet Basil, dried (or herb of choice to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)

Why we store our home canned goods without the bands/rings on the jars:
1. The rings are designed to keep the lid on during the processing and cooling phases of canning. Beyond that, they serve no purpose. The lids/seals are held on by suction, not the bands/rings.
2. If the bands/rings are left on the jars, this could result in a false seal, causing the contents to spoil.
3. Bands/rings eventually rust if left on the jars, making them quite difficult to remove.
4. It's a proper technique and a safety issue.
