How To make Ruby's Lemon Lush
1 1/2 Sticks of butter or
Margarine 1 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Chopped pecans
8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Powdered sugar
2 Small containers of
Cool Whip 2 Small boxes lemon
Instant pudding 3 c Milk
1. Cream the butter and flour. Add the pecans and press into the
bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool. 2. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Stir in one
container of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. 3. Mix the pudding mix and the milk until thick. Spread on top of the
other stuff. Sread the other container of Cool Whip on top. 4. Cover and chill over night. Can also be frozen. Cut into squares.

What you will be needing
1 3oz box lemon jello
1 8oz tub cool whip
3 to 6 drops yellow food coloring optional
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup pecan pieces
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 1/2 cups fruit flavored mini marshmallows
1 20oz can crushed pineapple in natural juices drained very well
1 cup sweetened coconut
Refrigerate several hours and enjoy!

For the base:
260 g cocoa tea biscuits
70 g melted butter
For the cream cheese mixture:
500 g cream cheese, room temperature
100 g sour cream
180 g powdered sugar
10 g powdered gelatine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
For the cherry topping:
500 g fresh cherries
120 g sugar
150 ml Marsala wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp corn starch

Bake With Me!| Lemon Lush Dessert ????????????
Hi guys! I hope you are all having an absolutely amazing day! Thank you for joining me! This recipe was given to me by my aunt Becki. It is the perfect dessert for potlucks, family gatherings, or really any occasion (in my opinion ????). It's so refreshing and flavorful, especially if you love lemon as much as I do!! ????❤ Recipe down below ????
???? AUNT BECKI'S LEMON LUSH ????
●GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
▪︎2 cups of crushed graham crackers
(I put them in a ziploc bag and use a meat tenderizer to mash them up) ????
▪︎1/3 cup of sugar (pure cane) ????
▪︎1/2 cup of butter (1 stick, unsalted)
☆DIRECTIONS ????: Combine ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then press onto the bottom of a glass baking dish. Put into the oven at 350° for 8 minutes. Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator to harden.
● CREAM CHEESE LAYER
▪︎8 oz. softened cream cheese (I use the block of Philadelphia cream cheese)
▪︎2 cups of powdered sugar
▪︎1/2 container of Cool Whip
☆DIRECTIONS ????: Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer. Chill. Spoon on top of graham cracker layer and spread evenly.
● LEMON LAYER ????????
▪︎Pour 2 packets of lemon pudding into mixing bowl (I use the JELLO brand)
▪︎ Add 2 cups of COLD milk (I use 2% reduced fat)
☆DIRECTIONS ????: Combine ingredients together in a bowl using an electric mixer. Chill. Evenly distribute lemon layer over the cream cheese layer. Chill.
●THE FINISHER (that would be my wrestling name ????????)
▪︎Spoon the rest of the cool whip on top of the lemon layer
▪︎Add lemon zest on top of the cool whip (I use a hand-held cheese grater). CHILL ❄
