How To make Saucy Pork Fajitas
1 1/2 lb Boneless pork loin, cut into
-1 1/2x1/4-inch strips 1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
6 ts Vegetable oil, divided
2 lg Green bell peppers, cut into
-thin strips 2 c Sliced onions
1 c Chunky, mild salsa
1/4 c Peach preserves
1/4 c Sliced green onions
1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro
12 Flour tortillas (7 inch)
2/3 c Sour cream
1. Toss pork with salt and pepper. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in large skillet
over high heat. Add half of pork; cook, stirring, until brown, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon; repeat with 2 more teaspoons oil and remaining pork. Remove from skillet. Reduce heat to medium.
2. Add remaining 2 teaspoons oil to skillet; cook peppers and onions, until
tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
3. Return pork to skillet. Stir in salsa and preserves; heat through.
Remove from heat; stir in green onions and cilantro.
4. Place tortillas between dampened paper towels; microwave on High 30 to
50 seconds or until warm and just steaming. Fill each tortilla with a scant
1/2 cup pork mixture. Serve each with a dollop of sour cream.

1.5 lbs of skirt steak (flap meat or flank steak)
Veggies
3 bell peppers (green, red, orange)
1/2 medium white onion
Marinade
1/4 cup olive oil
3 TBSP Woshtiser sauce
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp honey
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 tsp ancho chile powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp Mexican dry oregano
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt + salt to taste

Escalopines de cerdo y pimentón asado
Rendimiento: 4 porciones
Tiempo de preparación: 35 minutos
Ingredientes:
• 800 g. de Filete de Cerdo
• 300 g. de Pimentones asados
• 320 g. de Cebolla roja
• 350 g. Salsa de Tomate Tres Quesos MAGGI®
• 60 ml. de Aceite de oliva
• Sal y pimienta al gusto
Procedimiento:
1. Cortar la cebolla roja en tiras finas.
2. Cortar el filete de cerdo en pequeños medallones (escalopines), salpimentar y dorar en el sartén con el aceite de oliva. Retirar y reservar.
3. En el sartén de la cocción anterior poner la cebolla y sofreír. Incorporar los pimentones rojos asados y la Salsa de Tomate Tres Quesos MAGGI®. Sancochar reduciendo el guiso, poner los escalopines de cerdo y dejar un minuto. Servir y disfrutar.
Tip Culinario:
Podemos pasar por harina los escalopines dándonos otra sensación de textura a la hora de comerlos.

Para disminuir su consumo de grasa y calorías, podemos asar el filete en el horno y luego cortarlo y presentarlo cubierto con el guiso de cebolla, pimentones y salsa de Tomate Tres Quesos MAGGI®.

250g boneless beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp Oil (for searing)
8 dried red chilies (soaked in 1 1/2 cup hot water)
2 chillies
1 pointed red pepper
1 medium onion
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
2-3 cups water (enough to cover beef)
1 cup parsely (chopped)
1 red onion (diced small)
1-2 cups mozerella cheese
6-8 mini tortilla wraps
Slow cook beef for 2 1/2 -3 hrs on low heat stirring occasionally.

Ingredients (for 3-4 Spicy Wraps)
- 600g Chicken Breast cut into strips (100g cooked chicken per wrap)

Chinese Pork BBQ | Blackstone Griddles
Chefanie Tea is back, and this week she is showing you how to make the best Chinese bbq pork while at camp! ????
Recipe: Char Siu AKA Chinese BBQ Pork
Serves 4
2lbs pork shoulder
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 1/2 dark soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp baking soda
Optional: 3-4 drops red food coloring
Rice, as needed
Cucumbers, as needed
1. Slice pork shoulder into 2 inch chunks or bite sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, baking soda and red food coloring. Add in the pork and mix until evenly coated. Let it marinade for 30 minutes.
3. On a hot and oiled Blackstone griddle, cook marinated pork and cover with a basting lid. Gently uncover and add a splash of water over the pork to keep the pork from burning and to cook the pork evenly. Leave under over on medium low heat for about 8-10 mins or until cooked through. Flip and stir occasionally.
4. Uncover pork from the basting lid and char for another minute on each side for crispy edges.
5. Enjoy over a bed of rice with sliced cucumbers or in between a french baguette with pickled carrots and daikon!
