How To make Saucy Scalloped Beef Or Turkey Pie
1 pk Sherrif's Scalloped Potatoes
1 x 285ml Heinz Chili Sauce
1 tb Italian Seasoning, crushed
1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1/2 c Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
1 cl Garlic, minced
1 cn 10oz Sliced Mushrooms, drain
2 tb Parmesan Cheese, grated
1) Cook potatoes according to stovetop or microwave package directions.
Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine chili sauce and italian seasoning: Divide chili sauce mixture in half. 2) In a large bowl, combine 1/2 of the chili sauce mixture, ground beef or
turkey, onion, breadcrumbs and garlic; mix well. 3) Press meat mixture evenly over the bottom and up the side of a 9" pie
plate. Bake in 350 F oven for 15 minutes. Add mushrooms and parmesan cheese to cooked potatoes. Fill meat shell with potatoe mixture. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
4) Place under broiler until potatoes are golden brown. Heat remaining

This EASY Lasagna recipe is beefy, saucy and supremely flavorful. Homemade lasagna is better than any restaurant version and it feeds a crowd at dinner for way less than going out to eat.

Ingredients for Italian Lasagna:
►1 lb ground beef (15-20% fat content)
►1 small onion finely diced
►2 large garlic cloves minced
►1/4 cup red wine (any kind), or beef broth
►1 Tbsp olive oil
►24 oz Marinara Sauce (3 cups)
►1/2 tsp sea salt
►1/4 tsp black pepper ground
►1/4 tsp dried thyme
►1/2 tsp granulated sugar
►2 Tbsp parsley finely chopped
►9 lasagna noodles cooked al dente
Ingredients for Cheese Sauce:
►16 oz low-fat cottage cheese
►15 oz reduced-fat ricotta cheese
►1 large egg
►2 Tbsp parsley finely chopped, plus more to garnish
►4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided

Turkey Casserole - Traditional Newfoundland - Bonita's Kitchen
Welcome to Bonita's Kitchen! Today we will be making Turkey Casserole, made with leftover turkey and so much more. See recipe below!

Ingredients:
1½ Cups elbow noodles
1½ Cups Cooked Turkey ( chopped in small pieces )
1 Medium Chopped Onion
3/4 Cup Frozen green peas
1 Cup Shredded cheese
1 Cup grated bread crumbs
1 Cup milk
½ Cup Hot water from noodle boil
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
½ Tsp Sea salt in boiling pot water
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat Oven to 350°, bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown
Start boiling the water for your noodles set the heat to medium, then add ½ tsp sea salt and 1 tsp olive oil to pot. When water is boiling add your noodles stirring occasionally.
On a medium heat place a large and saucepan start to make your sauce, add, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp olive oil let melt and then add your chopped onion start to fry until onion, is part cooked.
Then add 2 tbsp flour mix until it's all incorporated, add 1 cup of milk and ½ cup of hot water from your noodle boil mix stir until it start to thicken. Then add your shredded cheese, salt and pepper to taste, continue stirring until all mixed together, then lower the heat or set aside.
Back to the noodles, strain off all water and put in a large heat proof bowl, then add the rest of your ingredients, frozen green peas, cooked turkey, sauce, sea salt and pepper to taste, mix everything together.
Oil your casserole dish with olive oil, then add your mixture spread evenly in pan, top with grated bread crumbs, you can season again if needed.
Please note: When making this dish you can use any amount of ingredients you would like, this recipe is for a seating of four people.
Also if you like to use different spices for your taste that works good as well.

GLUTEN FREE SHEPHERDS PIE | Gluten Free Ground Beef Dinner Idea
Shepherds Pie is one of those recipes that is easy to make gluten free and I think everyone in the gluten free community has their own version. It’s definitely a favorite ground beef and potato dinner in our house. This video just shows one of the ways I make gluten free shepherds pie. It’s always a little different depending on what vegetables I have in the house, if I use a gluten free gravy mix or a beef broth and cornstarch slurry, and even how I make my mashed potato topping. The one thing that stays the same is that it always comes out great!
