Ingredients 2 pound beef stew meat, cut into pieces 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 each bay leaf 1 each garlic, clove 3 each potatoes, diced 1 each celery stalk, sliced 2 each onions, chopped 1 teaspoon soy sauce 12 oz beef stock
Directions: Stir mixture of flour, paprika and pepper to coat meat in a slow cooker. Stir in other ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours, or on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on low heat for 10 to 12 hours. Remove garlic glove and bay leaf before serving.
