6 tb Butter 1/2 c Packed brown sugar 4 tb Sugar 1 Egg 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Flour 1/4 ts Baking soda 1 1/2 c Oatmeal 1/2 ts Cinnamon Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter, sugar and cinnamon together. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth. Sift and stir in flour and soda. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes. You can add raisins or chocolate chips to these. -----
