How To make Smoked Sausage &Amp; Fruit Kebobs
1 lb Hillshire Farm Smoked
-Sausage, and variety, -Regular, Beef, Lite or -Turkey, cut in bite-sized -pieces 1 Green pepper, sliced in
-square pieces 1 cn Pineapple chinks (15 oz)
-OR 1/2 Fresh pineapple, cut in
-chinks 1 cn Peaches (15 oz)
-OR 3 Fresh peaches, sliced
3 Green onions, sliced in 3"
-strips 3 tb Apricot preserves
1 1/2 tb Dijon mustard
4 12" skewers
GLAZE: Stir together apricot preserves with mustard in small bowl. KEBOBS: Assemble kebobs on skewers, alternating Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage with peppers, fruit, and onions. (If using bamboo skewers, soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes prior to assembling kebobs to prevent burning.) Brush kebobs with half of glaze. Grill over medium coals for 5 minutes. Turn kebobs, brush on remaining glaze and continue grilling about 5 minutes. Total preparation and cooking time: 20 minutes. -----

Smoked BBQ Sausage Kebabs
BBQ Kebabs are even better when smoked on a Traeger Grill!
Follow these simple steps for a delicious way to grill fresh vegetables and sausage kebabs.
1. Preheat your grill to 375
2. Cut vegetables and sausage. (We suggest you make them thicker than normal)
3. Add them to your skewers
4. Season thoroughly with Traeger Rub. (This is key to having amazing kebabs)
5. Place on grill with lid shut for 3.5 mins. Spray with a butter.
6. Turn and cook for another 3-7 mins.
7. Remove from grill and enjoy!
This is a great meal that takes less than 20 mins from preparation to completion.

Wussup Towners. In this video, we visited my buddy Barry and Panayotta for a family bbq. It was a combination of a graduation/memorial day weekend BBQ. We had both grills going a smoker and a weber grill. Grilled/Smoked ribs, chicken, chicken kabobs, steak kabobs, steak, sausages, hot dogs, hamburgers, turkey burgers, Panzanella salad, and macaroni and cheese. Also had cakes, cupcakes, fruit salad, and a bunch of other goodies for the kids.
