How To make Sour Cream Apple Pancakes
3/4 c AM Whole Wheat Flour
1 ts Non-alum baking powder
1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Honey
1 md Apple; grated
1 Egg; beaten, or egg replacer
1 ts Pure vanilla
1/2 c Sour cream
1 c Water or buttermilk
In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Cook on preheated griddle 350 F. for 3-5 minutes, turning only once. Serve hot for breakfast, brunch, or as an accompaniment to dinner. Fluffy Pancakes Recipe | The Sweetest Journey
After a lot of experimenting with pancake recipes, I finally got one that will give you the yummy, fluffy pancakes we all crave in the morning.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour (210g)
3 tablespoons of sugar (48g)
2 teaspoons of baking powder (9g)
1 teaspoon of salt (5g)
1 teaspoon of baking soda (5g)
2 eggs (Room Temperature)
1 cup of milk (240ml)
2 tablespoons of melted butter (28g)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5ml)
*This recipe makes about 8-10 pancakes.

How to make Sour Cream Pancakes
BLUEBERRY COMPOTE
Ingredients
2 cups frozen blueberries or fresh
3 tablespoons water ( apple juice optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extra ( vanilla bean)
1 lemon zest
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Combine 1 cup of the blueberries, water or apple juice, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the blueberries and cook for 8 minutes more, add vanilla extra lemon zest and stir.
Serve warm.
PANCAKE RECIPE serve 4
1 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar, optional
2 eggs
1 ½ cups milk or buttermilk
2 tablespoons melted and cooled butter (optional), plus unmelted butter for cooking, or use neutral oil
* In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar baking powder, and salt.
* Whisk in milk, eggs, sour cream and melted butter just until combined.
* Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat.
* Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping.
* Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup or Compote

This perfect, fluffy pancake recipe is so easy and ultimately rewarding! You’ll love these tender melt in your mouth pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup and a pat of butter but they’re DELICIOUS straight out of the pan!
