How To make Spicy Orange Beef
1 lb Flank steak
3 Pieces dried orange peel,
-about 1x2 inches.
MARINADE:
1 Egg white
1 tb Corn starch
1 tb Dry sherry
SEASONING SAUCE:
1 tb Corn starch dissolved in
2 tb Dry sherry
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Sugar
2 tb Chicken stock
2 tb Hot chili sauce
1 t Vinegar
1 t Sesame oil
2 Scallions (white and green
-parts), chopped 2 ts Minced fresh ginger root
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 Fresh red chili peppers,
Chopped 6 Pieces dried orange peel,
-about 1x2 inches. 3 c Peanut oil
Cut beef into thin, roughly 1" by 2" Marinade refrigerated for at least one hour, up to 8 hours. Place wok over high heat until hot, pour in peanut oil, reduce heat to medium (about 350). Add three pieces of the orange peel and fry briefly until it turns a darker brown, about 10 seconds. Add peel to small amount of the seasoning sauce in a blender and puree, then add to the rest of the seasoning sauce. Deep fry beef in wok over high heat (about 375). Drain beef on paper towels and remove oil from wok. Place wok back on high heat and add scallions, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers, stir-fry for about 30 seconds, stir in remaining orange peels then add seasoning sauce. Return the beef to the sauce and stir fry for 30 to 60 seconds, turn off heat and serve with steamed rice.

1 shot water
1/2 shot cooking wine
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp white Vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce

Orange Beef Stir Fry with Noodles or Rice
A delicious stir fry with homemade orange sauce and crispy meat!
Ing:
rice (optional) to serve with
pasta (optional) to serve with
2 cups meat sliced thinly
marinate the meat with 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic
salt to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp of cornstarch to coat the meat
2 tbsp oil to stir fry the vegetables and meat
1 small onion sliced
2 large carrots sliced
2 stalks celery sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced
1/2 green bell pepper sliced
sauce ing:
11/2 tsp ginger and garlic
3 tbsp orange and ginger sauce
3 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
sriracha sauce to taste
Method:
Marinate and fry the beef and keep it aside, in a big pan add about 2 tbsp of oil and put the vegetables in and stir fry for about two min. Add the meat in it and mix it well, make a little hole in the middle and add the ginger and garlic, orange and ginger sauce, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce and at this point you can add some sriracha sauce to give it that zing! Stir well and turn of the heat This can be served with rice or pasta! Or go carb free and have it as it is.
