Spinach Artichoke Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
-2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
-12 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
-14 oz Cento Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
-½ cup thick Plain Greek Yogurt, such as @chobani
-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 ½ cups grated parmesan cheese
-8 garlic cloves, minced
-½ teaspoon Cento Red Pepper Flakes
-1 teaspoon Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt
-1 teaspoon Cento Garlic Powder
-½ teaspoon Cento Black Pepper
-1 loaf french bread, sliced in half lengthwise
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-In a large mixing bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
-Spread the spinach artichoke mixture over both halves of the bread and transfer to baking sheet. Top with more freshly grated Parmesan.
-Bake the garlic bread for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
-Let the garlic bread cool, then slice and serve. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
375g (3 cups) of flour
180ml (3/4 cup) of water
70ml (1/3 cup) of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp of salt
For the spinach filling:
300g of baby spinach
2 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
Pepper
Salt
300g of feta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, and salt and mix with a spatula. When the dough starts to form knead with your hands to obtain a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. In a bowl with spinach add the garlic, eggs, pepper, salt, and feta cheese and mix all well with a spatula.
3. After time has elapsed cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll out each piece to obtain the rectangle shape.
4. Spread the prepared filling on the half-rolled dough, pushing to the edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella and fold another side of the dough. Press down the edges to close it well on all sides.
5. Pour the olive oil into the pan and transfer the golzeme. Cook, lightly pressing down, until deep golden and crispy. Flip and cook, pressing down lightly, until crispy.
