1 c Bisquick flour 1/4 c Oil 3 Eggs 1 tb (about) chopped onion Less than full pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thaw and squeeze) 1 cup mozzarella cubed, (about 2 thick slices cubed) 1/2 cup (about) Romano or Parmesan grated cheese Grease small loaf pan (do not flour). Mix all of above ingredents together (by hand-do not use mixer), will be lumpy. Pour into loaf pan. Bake about 30/45 mins. at 350 degrees. Can be served hot or cold- slice to desired thickness. PREPARATION 1. Heat 40 grams butter in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well. 2. Then, add 200 grams sweet corn and mix it well. 3. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 4. Now, add 400 grams spinach and mix it well. 5. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 6. Add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well. 7. Then, add 200 milliliters milk and mxi it well. 8. Bring it to a boil. 9. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix it well. 10. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 11. Add 30 grams mozzarella cheese and mix it well. 12. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 13. Take 2 bread slices and cut it’s edges. 14. Then, place cheese slices over it. 15. Now, add the prepared spinach corn mixture over it. 16. Cover it with another slice of bread. 17. Place it on a grill machine. 18. Brush it with butter. 19. Close the lid and grill for about 5 - 7 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color. 20. Cut it into half. 21. Serve hot with ketchup.

Spinach Bread Recipe Ingredients: 3 boxes chopped spinach, defrosted and drained 3 onions Olive oil Garlic Powder Salt Black Pepper Pizza Dough (recipe in Pizza Video)
Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees. Chop onions, saute in olive oil. Once translucent, add spinach. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to your liking. Add more olive oil if dry. Cut dough into half. Roll out like a rectangle. Spread half the onion/spinach mixuture across dough. Roll from one long end to the other. Pinch ends and place on tray. Bake for 20-25min, coat top with olive oil toward end. Once cooled, slice and ENJOY!
