How To make Strawberry Cheesecake with Graham Cracker Crust
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
1 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs
3 tb Sugar
6 tb Butter or margarine; melted
FILLING:
16 oz Cream cheese
1 c Sugar
1 c Whipping cream
4 Egg whites
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 Envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c Water
StrAWBERRY SAUCE:
2 pk Frozen strawberries (10-oz)
1 1/2 tb Cornstarch
To make crust, combine crumbs with 3 tablespoons sugar. Work in butter. Line 9-inch springform pan with crumb mixture. Bake at 350F 10 minutes, then cool thoroughly. To make filling, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until light. Add cream and beat until smooth. Beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add remaining sugar and vanilla and continue beating until egg whites are stiff but not dry. Fold into cheese mixture. Soften gelatin in small amount of water, about 5 minutes. Dissolve over low heat, then add remaining cold water. Chill until syrupy, then fold into cheese mixture. Turn into prepared crust and chill 2 hours. For sauce, thaw strawberries and drain juice into saucepan. Heat juice with cornstarch. Cook, stirring, until slightly thickened. Cool and add strawberries. Use as topping for cheesecake.

Cheesecake has and will always have a special place in my heart. Growing up the only sweets we would eat would be store bought. One day we were gifted with a delicious homemade cheesecake and I was determined to learn to make it. Thats were I fell in love with baking and every time I have a cheesecake I remember where it all started. This delicious and fluffy dessert has a lot of strawberry flavor, creaminess and the perfect balance of flavors. It also looks gorgeous. The graham crackers crust is incredible and the decoration makes this dessert look bakery bought.
Strawberry cheesecake
Makes one 9’’ springform round mold
Bake crust @ 400F degrees: 3-5min or until set and golden brown
Bake cheesecake @ 300F degrees: about 1hour:05min
To mold the crust you can use a cup to press the
crumbs against the sides and bottom. Leaving you
with perfect edges.
CRUST
Graham Crumbs 1 1/2 cups
Granulated sugar 3 TBSP
Unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup
FILLING
Cream cheese 32 oz
All purpose flour 2 TBSP
Salt 1/4 tsp
Granulated sugar 1 1/4 cups
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 TBSP
Strawberries 2 cups (small cuts)
Eggs, large 3 ea
(OPTIONAL)
Light pink food coloring 3 small drops
(Add one at a time)
DECORATION (to your liking)
Whipped cream
Whole strawberries

Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait Recipe:
Servings: 8
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, at room temperatures
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chopped strawberries
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 lemon, juice
In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and butter. Set it aside.
In another large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Set it aside.
In another bowl, add the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until the strawberries are well coated.
Assemble the parfaits in eight individual glasses. Starting with the cream cheese mixture, spoon a layer into the bottom of each glass. Top the cream cheese with a layer of the graham cracker mixture and some of the fresh strawberries. Repeat the layers, finishing with the fresh strawberries.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.

EASY Mini Cheesecakes! Mini cheesecake recipe - No bake VS Baked

How To Make Strawberry Cheesecake | Chef Bae | Cuttin Up With Bae | Baked Cheesecake | Strawberry |
Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup of melted butter
Filling:
4 packages of cream cheese, 8 oz packs
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup of sugar
3 eggs
Topping:
Strawberry Pie Filling (optional)
Bake on 300 degrees for about 55 mins.
Turn the oven off and let the cheesecake sit inside with the oven door half way open for about 30 more minutes.
Let cake cool for at least 6 hours but for BEST RESULTS refrigerate over night.
Add topping of choice.
