How To make Graham Cracker Pie
Crust:
1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 Teaspoon Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Butter Or Margarine melted
:
Filling-- 3 Egg Yolks
2 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
FOR THE CRUST:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add the melted shortening and stir together. Use half of this mixture to line an 8 or 9-inch pie pan, pressing mixture to bottom and sides with fingers. Save the other half of mixture for topping.
FOR THE FILLING:
Mix egg yolks and milk in top of a double boiler. Mix sugar and cornstarch and add to egg mixture. Cook until mixture coats a spoon, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Cool slightly and pour into pie crust. Top with merengue. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 400

No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie | Peanut Butter Graham Cracker Crust | Easy Recipe!

Peanut Butter Pie
8 oz cream cheese softened and at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 oz Cool Whip
1 peanut butter graham cracker crust (recipe below)
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl. Add peanut butter. Fold in Cool Whip until everything is well combined.
Add filling into the graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Crust recipe:
6 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter
¼ cup of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbs
Combine melted butter with peanut butter. Add in remaining ingredients. Press on the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Easy Graham Cracker Crust (just 4 ingredients!)
Graham cracker crusts are the little black dress of the baking world - they go with EVERYTHING! Fortunately, they're also super easy to make. Here's what you need:
▸ 10 graham crackers, to yield (1.5 cups) crumbs
▸ 3 ounces unsalted butter, melted
▸ 1.5 TBSP granulated sugar
▸ 1/4 tsp salt

Making Grandma's Graham Cracker Pie!
Hello! Today we are going to be making Grandma's Graham Cracker Pie Recipe! This has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember and I wanted to get her on video so I can forever remember exactly how she makes it. I thought I would also share it with all of you in case you are looking for the best Graham Cracker Pie recipe! :) Definitely go by the recipe listed below instead of just following along in the video. Grandma is really quick and I think I missed a few shots of her putting ingredients in the mixtures! Enjoy!
Mawmaw Wanda's Graham Cracker Pie
Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/3 cup Melted Butter
Combine all ingredients, press into bottom and sides of greased 9-in pie plate. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) 12-15 min. Be sure to save some of the crumble for the topping.
Pie:
4 Egg Yokes
2/3 Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Can of Carnation Milk & 1 Can of Water
1 Tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Separate eggs the very first thing; this lets the egg whites get to room temperature while you bake the crust.
Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, flour ( I put in my food processor, with egg yolks, and 1/2 the milk) Stir ingredients in a pan, medium heat. (don't leave for a second) After it thickens, boil on low for 2 minutes.
Meringue
4 Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
6 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Egg whites should be beaten until still (not dry). Add cream of tartar and sugar slowly and beat until stiff, add vanilla.
Spread on pie and save some of the crust crumbs to put on pie. Bake 325 degree oven for 20 minutes.
