How To make Super Chocolate Fudge
1 pk Semi sweet chocolate chips
-(350gr) 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 c Icing sugar
1 pn Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped nuts
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk; stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in waxed paper lined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2-3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel of paper, cut into squares. Store loosely coved at room temperature. Makes about 3/4 of a pound. May be wrapped and frozen for up to six weeks. Ingredients
Dark Chocolate - 450 Gms
Unsalted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Condensed Milk - 350 Gms
Cashew Nuts - 1/2 Cup
Badam - 1/2 Cup
Pistachios - 1/4 Cup
Raisins
Water
Method:
1. Dry roast cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios in a pan for about 2-3 mins on a low flame.
2. Roughly chop them and keep them aside.
3. Boil enough water in a saucepan and place a large bowl over it.
4. Put dark chocolate in the bowl and add butter to it.
5. Add condensed milk and mix everything with a spatula until all of it is melted fully.
6. Remove the bowl from the saucepan once the chocolate mixture is thickened.
7. Add roughly chopped nuts and raisins to the chocolate.
8. Mix well until it is all well ccombined.
9. Grease the tin with some butter and line it with silver foil.
10. Transfer the chocolate mixture to the tin and spread it out evenly.
11. Let it sit aside to cool down to room temperature.
12. After that, cover the tin totally with the silver foil and let it set for 3-4 hours.
13. Refrigerate for a hour post 4 hours if you want the chocolate to harden at bit.
14. Remove the silver foiled chocolate from the tin and cut the chocolate into small pieces.
15. Yummy and rich chocolate fudge is ready to be served. Store it in an air tight container.

Today I am sharing with you a super easy homemade chocolate fudge! This recipe has only two ingredients (for real) and is super smooth, creamy, extra chocolaty. You can add some chopped nuts and sprinkle with some rock salt if you wish. This fudge makes great for gift giving too!

Ingredients
390gm - Condensed Milk
300gm - Your favorite dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Line a small pan with baking paper/parchment paper.
2. Place chocolate into pan followed by condensed milk.
3. On low heat, stir for 4-5 minutes or until the chocolate completely melts and becomes smooth and silky
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out using a spatula.
5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or more until set.
