How To make Sweet Sour Kraut and Chops
4 md Baking potatoes, peeled and
-thinly sliced (4-cups) 1/2 c Chopped onion
6 ea Pork chops, 3/4" thick
2 tb Cooking oil
1 cn Sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
- (27-oz.) 1 cn Crushed pineapple (20-oz)
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Salt
ds Pepper In a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish combine potato slices and onion. Add 1/4 cup water. Bake covered, at 350 till nearly tender, 45-minutes.
Meanwhile, in a skillet brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. In a bowl combine sauerkraut, undrained pineapple, and brown sugar. Spoon over potato mixture. Place chops atop. Season with salt and pepper. Bake, covered, 45 minutes longer.

GERMAN PORK CHOPS WITH SAUERKRAUT ( DELICIOUS ????)

RECIPE: FULL RECIPE: 8 pork chops, 1 chopped onion, 1 red apple, 2 pounds DRAINED sauerkraut, 1 cup brown sugar.
INSTRUCTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN 350• F Brown pork chops in lite oil on medium high for 5 minutes on each side. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Place pork chops in 9x13 baking dish. Cover pork chops with sauerkraut mixture. Cover with foil. Place in 350• F oven for 45 minutes. The pork temperature must reach 145• with meat thermometer in order to be done. ENJOY ????
