How To make Three Pepper Beef Kabobs
1 boneless beef top sirloin steak
1 medium bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
8 large mushrooms
MARINADE 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cut beef steak into 1-inch pieces. In large bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients; add beef, bell pepper and mushrooms, tossing to coat. Alternately thread pieces of beef, bell pepper and mushrooms on each of four 12-inch metal skewers. Place kabobs on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Season with salt, if desired.

How to make easy marinated Beef Kabobs. I love Beef Kabobs it's one of my favorite meals to eat. I love tender chunks of seasoned beef and grilled vegetables. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Couple that with a charcoal flavor and you are in food heaven. This must try beef marinade is delicious with a capital D. You can use this on any meat and it takes it to the next level. Enjoy!

Well Done With Spanky - Asian Pepper Steak Kabobs
INGREDIENTS
MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce*
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. coarsely-ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh ginger
BRUSHING SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce*
• 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
ASIAN PEPPER STEAK KABOBS INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb. flank steak or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces
• 1 large bell pepper, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
• metal or wooden skewers (*if using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 10 minute prior to using)
• optional garnishes: thinly-sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
TO MAKE THE MARINADE:
1. Whisk all ingredients together until combined.

TO MAKE THE ASIAN PEPPER STEAK KABOBS:
1. Combine the prepared marinade and steak pieces in a large bowl, and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for between 1-4 hours.
2. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Thread skewers alternately with the marinated steak, peppers and onions. Brush each skewer liberally with the marinade (not the brushing sauce). Then grill for 2-3 minutes per side, turning once, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove skewers from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Then brush each skewer with the brushing sauce.
Serve immediately.

Today i am grilling the most flavorful beef skewers you will ever have, these can be made in the oven but i will be using a charcoal stove to grill them and trust me either way this turns out the softest and juiciest muchomo i have ever had.
INGREDIENTS
250 gm fresh beef
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
RECIPE
in a large bowl put the washed and chopped beef, grate the red onion and garlic and add all the spices above and mix well until all the meat is covered in spices.
this can be done in a plastic seal-able bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
remove and put the beef onto skewers,you can add vegetables or you can do without them. keep turning so it wont burn if you are using the same stove as mine.
you can use BBQ sauce or you can create yours and apply it onto the skewers.

Beef Skewers In Air Fryer
(Or make them in oven/grill/pan)
500g Beef Tenderloin
1-1/2 tbsp Indonesian curry paste

1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp thick greek yogurt
Mix and marinate for few hours in the fridge.Make skewers.Soak bamboo skewers for 30 minutes in water
So they don't burn in air fryer or oven.Air fry skewers at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
For Onions:
1 large onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp sumac or 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Coat the onions.
Flip the skewers after 15 minutes
Air fry for another 5 minutes
One done, add the onions on top of skewers
Air fry for 5 minutes.Enjoy with naan/paratha

????I used beef tenderloin and we eat well done cooked meat so the time and temperature is according to that. Please keep an eye on your. Cook it for as long or as less you want as per your taste. Also if your meat starts to burn but is not cooked, wrap it in foil and keep cooking. I didn't use meat tenderiser but you can to make sure it is soft. Your cooking time will highly depend on your air fryer size - thickness of the strips so follow the recipe but keep checking your food.
