Ingredients

butter

cup
rice, uncooked
1 3/4
cup
tomatoes, canned, drained
1
cup
liquid, from canned tomatoes
2
teaspoon
parsley, fresh, chopped
1 1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
4
tablespoon
parmesan cheese, grated
1
chives, fresh, chopped
Directions:
Saute the rice in the butter in a fry pan until the rice is golden brown. Put into the crockpot. Pour the tomato liquid, tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper into the crockpot and mix well.
Cover and cook on Low setting for 6-8 hours.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chopped chives before serving.

One Pot Chicken and Rice
This one-pot chicken and rice is about to be your family’s favourite. The skinless chicken thighs are tender and juicy and the rice is perfectly fluffy.
This is sure a winner weeknight dinner you and your family will enjoy. It is simple, comforting and delicious! Serve it with steamed carrots, broccoli or asparagus.

Ingredients
1½ cups uncooked basmati rice
1 ½ tsp mixed herbs
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup onion chopped any types of onion would work for this recipe.
1 tbsp butter
3 cups low sodium chicken stock.
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup green onions to garnish sub with chives, parsley or coriander

Cheese Baked Tomato and Chicken Rice
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 40 mins
Serving size: 4 persons
Ingredients
310g Campbell’s Tomato Condensed Soup, mixed with 1 can water
Cooking oil
2 boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups uncooked rice
1 tbsp Kimball Oyster Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and white pepper
Method
1. Marinate chicken with Kimball Oyster Sauce, salt and pepper for 20 minutes.
2. In a 20-cm round oven-proof casserole pot, heat oil and scramble eggs until just cooked. Add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Arrange chicken on the rice and pour Campbell’s Tomato Soup evenly over the dish. Season with salt and pepper then cover with cheese.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 – 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Tip:
Spice up the dish by adding a little cayenne pepper or chili flakes to the chicken marinade and into the prepared tomato soup.
