1-pound ground beef
½ medium onion diced
1 small red bell pepper diced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 Package McCormick Taco seasoning low sodium
1 can Rotel tomato
1 can pinto beans
1 can corn fresh or frozen
½ can beef broth
½ cup cheddar cheese
½ cup queso quesadilla
1 small can black olives
Green onions sliced
Oven 350°F 30-40 minutes

For the cornbread muffins, if you don’t want to use condensed milk replace it using sugar 1:1 ratio if you don’t like your muffins to be sweet add 1/4 - 1/2 TASTE THE MIXTURE BEFORE ADDING THE EGGS TO ADJUST THE SWEETNESS TO YOUR LIKING ????

Bake 375f for 18-20 minutes
ingredients: 10 servings
For the chili-
1 lb ground beef
2 cups beans
1/2 white onion; chopped
1 jalapeño; chopped
3 chile guajillos
1 chile anocho
3 chile chipotles in adobo sauce (optional)
3 garlic cloves
8 oz tomato sauce
10 oz crushed tomatoes
1 1/3 cup beef broth or water; add more if needed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Lawreys chili seasoning OR 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp ground cumin,oregano,onion powder,garlic powder and salt
For the Corn bread Muffins-
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
1/4 vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs at room temperature
1 cup buttermilk
1 can sweetened condensed milk or sugar
4-6 hotdogs
1/2 - 1 cup medium cheddar cheese

ITALIAN NACHOS - COPYCAT TERILLI'S RECIPE
Ingredients for 2 servings
half a ball of premade, storebought pizza dough
olive oil (enough to just cover the bottom of a skillet)
flour for dusting
Chicken, Pesto, & Goat Cheese topping:
poached chicken (1-2 tenders)
1/4 cup fresh pesto
2 tablespoons goat cheese
Broccoli Raab & Parmesan topping:
4-6 stalks broccoli raab
2 large cloves sliced garlic
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
2-4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Basic Cheese topping:
8-10 small mozarella balls
4-6 tablespoons grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
optional: dried thyme and/or oregano
Pancetta & Cheese topping:
1-2 tablespoons diced pancetta
2-4 small mozzarella balls
3 Cheese topping:
Mozzarella balls
Parmesan Cheese
Goat Cheese
Bake temp: go by the directions in the pizza dough, or 450F/220C for 5 minutes
Recipe summary (see video for specifics): roll out pizza dough to 1/8th inch. Cut into triangles or squares. Pour enough olive oil into a skillet to just cover the bottom. Heat until a test piece of dough dropped into the oil creates active bubbles around the dough. Fry dough pieces on one side and drain on a wire rack covered with paper towels. Top with choice of toppings and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts but before the tips burn.

Paula's Macho Nachos Recipes - What's Cooking Wednesday
If you are getting ready for the Super Bowl or any kind of great party, nachos are always a huge hit with families. Paula's macho nachos ( are always something people dive into at every party.
Ingredients
1 can refried beans
1 large bag white corn tortilla chips
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chili, or homemade
1 cup pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 cup green onion, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 jalapeño, sliced
Preparation
Have all ingredients prepared and ready to assemble nachos.
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
In a small saucepan on low, heat refried beans until they are loose enough to spoon onto nachos. On a large oven proof platter, spread out tortilla chips and quickly put a teaspoon of hot refried beans on each chip. Working quickly, sprinkle with onions, Jack cheese, and jalapeno slices. Spoon on chili and top that with Cheddar cheese. Repeat this layering process until ingredients are used up. Place chips in the oven at 350°F until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and place on a trivet or heatproof surface. Top nachos with sour cream, green onions, diced tomato and jalapeno slices and serve hot.
