Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how To make some delicious tostadas de picadillo, seriously so delicious, this is one of my family’s favorite type of tostadas they just so simple yet they hit the spot every time, of course you can always enjoy it by itself or with a side of rice and beans☺️????keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste, I really hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!! ????

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef Im using 97/3
1 cup Oil
Corn tortillas
2 small potatoes
1 cup carrots
1 cup peas
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 white onion
2 garlic cloves
2-3 chile chipotles
1 jalapeño
1/4 cup tomato paste
Handful of cilantro
1 beef bouillon
1 tbsp chile powder, I used New Mexico
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt
Toppings:
Finely shredded cabbage
Queso fresco
Crema mexicana
Green onions
Salsa to spice it up ☺️

For those of you waiting on the Jaiva / Crap Dip, here are the ingredients below. Not sure if I'll have that video out in time.
1/2 - 1/4 lbs of imitation Crab Meat
16 oz of Sour Cream
8 oz packaged (softened) Cream Cheese block
3/4 contents of a single package of Lipton's Onion Soup Dip Mix
Be sure to mix the cream cheese and sour cream well before adding the crab meat and soup dip mix.
Start dipping your chips and have fun!

How to make The Most Easy & Delicious Dinner Casserole
Bake at 400degrees (f) for 10-15 mins
Ingredients
Oil
1 to 2 pounds of ground beef
1 can of tomato green chili (hatch)
3 Tbsp taco season of choice
1 1/2 Tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon (adjust to taste)
12 corn tortillas
2 Cups Mexican red rice
3 cups Mexican cheese blend
1 small can of black beans (15oz)
Half finely chopped Iceberg lettuce
16oz Mexican sour cream
Pico de Gallo
Hot sauce
Pico de Gallo
1 large tomato
1/4 onion
Half a jalapeño
Small bunch cilantro
Lemon juice and salt to taste
Tip‼️

Your favorite sour cream will work for this recipe
Adjust taco seasoning and chicken bouillon to taste

How to Make a Bean Tostada for Under $2 | Struggle Meals
Hot tip: buy your beans dried and in bulk to save major $! Today, Frankie Celenza (@frankiecooks) shows you how to make a crispy, crunchy refried pinto bean tostada for under $2.
REFRIED BEAN TOSTADA
Yield: 4 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 1/2 hours
Ingredients:
For the beans:
12 ounces dried pinto beans
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
For the tostada:
4 cups refried beans
4 corn tortillas
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
3 roma tomatoes, diced
1 cup sour cream
5 to 6 hot sauce packets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Steps:
1. Add the beans to a large bowl and cover with cold water. Soak overnight. Drain and rinse the beans. Place them in a medium sized pot and cover with water. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. Drain.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and the onion, garlic and cumin. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Next add the beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Using the back of a fork or a potato masher, mash the beans adding water a couple tablespoons at a time while you mash.
4. For the tostada: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
5. Place the tortillas directly on the oven rack and toast for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
6. Spread beans on the top of each tortilla and top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese and hot sauce.
