How To make String Bean Salad
1 lb String beans, blanched &
-- sliced 2 ea Green chilies, julienned
2 ea Red chilies, julienned
1/2 lb Tofu, pressed & cubed
1/2 c Coconut milk
2 tb Soy sauce
4 tb Lime juice
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Chili sauce, see recipe
Place the beans on a large serving platter & arrange the green & red chilies & tof cubes over the top. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar & chili sauce. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.

• 1 thickly sliced yellow squash
• 1 thickly sliced green zucchini

• ¼ cup olive oil
• 4 15-ounce cans drained and rinsed Great Northern beans
• 3 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
• 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
• Chopped fresh oregano and basil for garnish
• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1/3 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• ¼ cup sugar
• 2 cups trimmed green beans cut into bite-size pieces
• 2 cups trimmed wax beans beans cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 15-ounce can drained kidney beans
• 1 15-ounce can drained garbanzo beans
• ½ peeled and small diced yellow onion
• 1 small diced rib of celery
• ½ seeded and small diced red bell pepper
• 3 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
Green Bean Tomato Salad
Such a great way with green beans! Love how the tomato and onion sprinkled across the top acts like a sponge, soaking up the dressing then slowly dripping down onto the green beans. Works well because dressing doesn't really cling that well to beans!
TIP: Best dressing for beans are thickened like this Lemon Dressing (thickened with mustard) so they coat the beans better. Also, you MUST dry the beans! Otherwise the Dressing won't stick to it!!
Cold Green Bean Salad
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt & pepper
pinch of garlic powder
5 cups water & 1 Tsp salt to cook beans
Instructions:
Wash beans, cut ends and discard.
In a saucepan add 1 Tsp salt to 5 cups of water and bring to boil.
Add beans to boiling water, cook 3 minutes and drain.
Transfer beans to a bowl, add 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 Tsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 Tsp salt & pepper and a pinch of salt.
Stir and refrigerate for meal time.

How to Make Easy & Delicious Green Bean Salad | Simple Summertime Salad
INGREDIENTS:
500g green beans, boiled until tender-crisp
1 small onion, sliced
1 small bell pepper, sliced
1/3 cup parsley, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1l4 tsp black pepper
PREPARATION:
1- Toss all of the ingredients together and make sure they're all coated with dressing.
2- Let it chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
