How To make Angel Cake with Mocha Butter Cream
-Cake 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1 c Cake flour
ds Salt 10 lg Egg whites
1 1/2 ts Cream of tartar
3/4 c Granulated sugar
-Mocha Butter Cream 1 1/2 c Butter
4 tb Instant coffee
2 tb Sifted cocoa
2 c Powdered sugar
All dry ingredients should be sifted. Therefore, start by sifting together powdered sugar and cake flour. Add salt. In a large dry bowl whisk egg whites until soft peaks form. Add cream of tartar at the end. Gradually add granulated sugar to egg whites, whisking all the time. Sift 1/3 of flour mixture over egg whites,lightly fold in. Repeat with remaining flour mixture, little by little. Turn batter into a large ungreased tube pan. Smooth top. Bake at 350^ for about 40 minutes or till cake is done. Cool cake. Loosen around edges, remove cake from pan. Make butter cream by beating butter until very soft and smooth. Add coffee, cocoa, and powdered sugar. Beat until very light. How To Bake An Angel Food Cake From A Box
This Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix was the confetti or sprinkel one that my wife absolutely loves! My wife's mom always made an angel food cake for all her birthday cakes and she would ice it with the Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker chocolate whipped frosting in a can.
We flavoured it with mocha. It was just delicious with this light and fluffy angel food cake. It honestly was like eating a yummy tasty cloud of marshmallow fluff! Mmmmmm ...

ANGEL FOOD CAKE FROM A BOX INGREDIENTS:
Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake Mix:
Water
ANGEL FOOD CAKE FROM A BOX PREPARATION & BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
???? Mix the angel food cake mix with the amount of water listed on the box.
???? Mix the angel food cake ingredients at low speed with a whisk, a fork or a hand or stand mixer at low speed for 30 seconds.
???? Then mix it for one minute at medium speed until light and fluffy and ready to pour into your bundt pan or homemade version of a bundt pan
???? Place in the center of your pre-heated over (see cake mix box instructions for oven temperature and baking times.)
???? Cool cake completely, on a cake cooling rack or open the oven door slightly and let it completely cool in the turned off oven. Cool for at least one or two hours.
???? Top your angel food cake with my light and fluffy Boiled Icing Or Whipped Meringue Frosting. It's the perfect topping for an angelfood cake:
HOMEMADE BUNDT PAN: Place a glass in the centre of a round cake pan, fill it with water and pour your angel food batter around the glass.
TOOTHPICK TEST:
Insert toothpick into center of your angel food cake and pull it back out. If there is still sticky batter on the toothpick, continue baking for 5 minutes at a time.

Buttermilk: 1 Cup Evaporated Milk, 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Dry ingredients:
4 Cups All purpose flour
500g Sugar
2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Teaspoon Baking powder
Mix
4 Eggs
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon vanilla
2 Teaspoon mocha flavor
Mix
2 Cups hot water
2 Teaspoon Black coffee powder (KUNG GUSTO MAS MATAPANG gawin na 4TSP)
