EASY Homemade Pie Crust Recipe:
Ingredients for Homemade Apple Pie:
►1 recipe for double pie crust:
►6-7 Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored (2 1/4 lbs or 7 cups thinly sliced)
►1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
►8 Tbsp unsalted butter
►3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
►1/4 cup of water
►1 cup granulated sugar
►1 egg + 1 Tbsp water, for egg wash
Ingredients for Butter Pie Crust Dough Recipe:
►2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour plus more to dust, *measured correctly
►1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1/2 tsp sea salt
►1/2 lb COLD unsalted butter (2 sticks) diced into 1/4 pieces
►6 Tbsp ice water (6 to 7 Tbsp)

Cheesecake - Bavarian Apple Cheesecake
Cheesecake - This easy baked cheesecake recipe is one of the ultimate cheesecake recipes in my opinion. It is mostly classic cheesecake ingredients but has apples along with sliced almonds added to the top. For as fancy as it seems, it is a quick easy cheesecake recipe and does not require a water bath :)
Cheesecake Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Topping (the apple topping)
4 1/2 - 5 cups sliced Granny Smith Apples (4 - 5 apples)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup almond slices
For the Cheesecake Crust
1 cup flour
7 Tablespoons flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
For the Cheesecake Filling
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
lemon zest (about 1 teaspoon) (microplane -

EASY Mini Cheesecakes! Mini cheesecake recipe - No bake VS Baked

- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g unsweetened Yogurt ( 7 ounces )
- 150 g Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- Grating of Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 20 g Flour ( 2 tbsp )
Bake for 15 minutes!
● 5 minute No Bake Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g Heavy Cream ( 7 ounces )
- 100 g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Freeze for 15 minutes, then enjoy :)
● For the cheeesecake crust:
- 80 g Digestive biscuits/graham cracker cookies ( 3 ounces)
- 30 g Melted Butter ( 2 1/2 tbsp)

Rose Shaped Apple Baked Dessert by Cooking with Manuela
Impress your guests with this beautiful rose-shaped dessert made with lots of soft and delicious apple slices, wrapped in sweet and crispy puff pastry. To learn more about this recipe, please visit my blog:
NOTE: make sure the pastry is fully cooked on the inside before removing the roses from the oven! If after 30 minutes the apples on top look fully cooked, move the pan to a lower rack in the oven, and wait for 10-15 more minutes to avoid undercooking the puff pastry.
AND: If you prefer, you can simmer the apple slices in water over medium heat for a few minutes until slightly softer (and easy to roll). Also, the preserve can be warmed up with the water on a small pan over medium heat for a minute or so.

Apple Cobbler with Homemade Cream Cheese Ice Cream
????Ingredients????
For the Filling:
4 tbsp butter
4 apples (honey crisp or gala preferred)
1/4 cup light brown sugar (you can add 1/3 sugar if you like it a little sweeter)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
????For the Cake????
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt 1g
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp orange zest
????For the Ice Cream????
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz mascarpone cheese
Vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Peel, core, and cut the apples into 1/4-inch slices.
In a large pan, melt the butter and transfer the apples into the pan. Add sugar and spices. Cook for 2-3 min while stirring.
In a small bowl, add cornstarch and orange juice and mix until the cornstarch dissolves. Add the mixture to the apple sauce and cook, stirring for one min.
Remove from the heat and transfer the apple mixture into a 9x6 baking dish. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter over the apple mixture and spread roughly.
Bake for 35-40 min until golden brown.
Let it cool for 15-20 min. Serve with easy ice cream.
Preparing Ice Cream
In a medium bowl, mix mascarpone, cream cheese and condensed milk.
In a large bowl, add cold heavy whipping cream, and using a hand mixer or electric mixer whisk the cream until soft peaks form.
Add the cream cheese mixture into the heavy cream bowl, and using a rubber spatula fold the mixture until combined.
Pour the mixture into a chilled loaf pan and freeze until it is thick and creamy, 3-4 hours.
