How To make Apple Pancakes with Cinnamon Nonfat Yogurt
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons nonfat egg substitute
1 1/2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 tes baking powder
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons maple syrup
4 Granny Smith apples
or other tart apples peeled/cored/sliced 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mint leaves
Combine the flour, egg substitute, 1 cup yogurt, baking powder, orange juice, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup into a batter. If you like thinner pancakes, add 2 to 4 tablespoons of water at this point. Let rest for 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet, saute the sliced apples with 1 tablespoon water until the slices are tender and caramelized. Combine the remaining yogurt and maple syrup with the cinnamon. Using a nonstick omelette pan, make thin crepes by pouring 3 tablespoons of the batter into the preheated pan and rolling it around to uniformly cover the surface of the pan. Cook over medium heat about 1 minute, flip with a spatula and cook the other side for about 10 seconds. Continue until all the batter has been used. For each
serving, roll each of two crepes around 2 tablespoons of the apples. Garnish with a dollop of flavored yogurt and a mint leaf. 278 calories, 1.2 grams fat per 3 (4- to 5-inch) pancakes with filling.

Make super healthy apple pie pancakes using easy breakfast recipe.
These apple slices dipped in pancake batter contain no eggs and can easily be made gluten free.
Apple pie pancake recipe (makes 4 pancakes)
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 100g mashed banana
- 50g self-raising flour (gluten free if required)
- A squeeze of lemon juice (fresh or concentrated)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100ml any milk (such as almond if vegan)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- (optional extras - 1 tbsp sultanas or crushed pecans)
Method:
1. Chop the banana into chunks and microwave for 1 minute until mushy. Overripe banana works best as it is naturally sweeter.
2. Cut the apple crosswise into thin slices and remove the core and pips with a sharp knife. You can leave the apple skin on. Cut into five slices. If you want yours to look extra fancy, use a apple corer to make rings.
3. Put all of the other ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.
4. Spray some low-fat cooking oil or coconut oil into a pan and dip each apple into the batter until all the batter is used up. If you have any excess batter, just pour a bit on top of each pancake in the pan.
5. Fry the pancakes on each side for a minute or so until they are golden.
6. Serve warm as they are or with low-fat yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Apple pancakes: how to make them soft and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
40g (3 tbsp) sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
30ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
150g (⅔ cup) yogurt
200g (1 ⅔ cups) all-purpose flour
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
1 medium apple, peeled and cored
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
METHOD
1. In a medium bowl whisk eggs with sugar, yogurt, vanilla, and vegetable oil.
2. In a smaller bowl whisk flour with baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Pour liquid ingredients into the dry mixture and mix to combine.
4. Grate one apple using a large grater and add to the batter. Mix well.
5. Scoop a portion of the batter onto an oiled preheated pan and cook without flipping until small bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until brown on both sides.

Ingredients:
35g Oats
1 Dessert Apple, peeled/cored and grated
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
2 large heaped spoonfuls of Fat Free Greek Yogurt
Frylight
Place oats, eggs, cinnamon into a bowl then add grated apple and the yogurt, blend together until mixed well.
Add frylight to a heated frying pan then add 2 tablespoons of mixture. Cook on one side until small bubbles appear, then flip over with a spatula and cook the other side.
Remove from the heat and serve.
I often make these in a batch and just reheat as when I need them

Apple Low Fat Pancakes - Easy Home Cooking Recipe!
For prepare Apple Low-Fat Pancakes we need:
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of oat flour
- ~ 70 ml of Low-Fat Yogurt
- 2 apples
- 1/3 teaspoon of baking powder
- Salt for taste
Cut out the apples from the apples, cut into plates. Thickness look at the video recipe.
From the rest of the ingredients, make a dough, like usual pancakes.
