Apricot Coconut Energy Bites Recipe [Vegan & Gluten Free]
Hey, what's up guys? Today I want to share with you this suuuuper delicious recipe for Apricot Coconut bites! They are honestly divine and a perfect treat in the summer.
Personally, I also think it's an easy-to-eat snack as an anorexic, as it's all healthy ingredients but still high in calories and healthy fats that help with maintaining or even gaining weight.
Here's the recipe again, I usually don't measure everything very accurately, but just adjust it if needed:
- 3 tbsp of cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp of oats
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of flax seeds
- 2 tbsp of coconut shreds
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 2 handfulls of dried (soft) apricots
- splash of maple syrup
- splash of vanilla extract
some more coconut shreds for decoration (optional).
Eventhough this is a little different from my usual type of videos, I still hope you enjoy it! I would be happy about any kind of feedback :) [Also, I don't believe eating gluten free is the best way to go unless you have an intolerance, just for the record haha]
