How To make BAVARIAN DINNER
Ingredients
2
each
sauerkraut, bavarian style, undrained, 27 oz cans
2
pound
sausage, polish kielbasa, pre-cooked, cut into 3 inch pieces
1
each
onion, thinly sliced, seperated into rings
1
teaspoon
chicken bouillon, instant
2
teaspoon
celery seed
Directions:
In bottom of slow cooking pot, layer 1 can sauerkraut, 1 lb sausage pieces, half the onion slices, 1/2 ts boulllon and 1/4 ts celery seed. Repeat layers.
Cover and cook at Low for 7-9 hours or High for 3-4 hours. Serve with boiled potatoes and apple raisin salad.

Yes, it´s 180 degrees celsius.
Yes, it´s better to let the meat rest a little while
and I´m not quite sure, whether you can say grill or not - my translater translates the german word grill with the english word grill, not broiler. anyway - you need a lot of heat from the top for your crust.
And somebody was so nice to tell me how to say the word rind correctly. I will remember this.

Altdeutsches Rezept: Ein vergessenes Rezept aus Opas Vergangenheit! Ein altes deutsches Rezept, das Sie wahrscheinlich noch nicht kennen. Dieses Rezept ist im Laufe der Zeit verloren gegangen. Es ist unglaublich einfach zuzubereiten, sättigend und sehr lecker. Jeder ist einfach erstaunt, wie einfach und lecker so etwas sein kann. Unglaublich!
Kochrezept und Zutaten:
5 Hähnchenschenkel.
1 Teelöffel Salz.
1 Teelöffel Oregano.
1/2 Teelöffel schwarzer Pfeffer.
Reiben Sie die Gewürze gut ein.
2 Esslöffel Pflanzenöl.
30 g Butter.
Hähnchenschenkel bei starker Hitze goldbraun braten.
1 Zwiebel schneiden.
3 Karotten.
Wenden und auf der anderen Seite braten. Es dauert 3-6 Minuten.
4-5 Kartoffeln.
Die gebratenen Hähnchenschenkel auf einen Teller legen.
Die Zwiebel bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten.
Kartoffel.
Karotte.
Nach Geschmack salzen.
8 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze braten.
Denken Sie daran, alle 2 Minuten umzurühren.
4 Knoblauchzehen.
Schreiben Sie, aus welchem Land Sie sich dieses Video ansehen.
Immer interessant zu wissen.
Eine Handvoll Petersilie.
Petersilie und Knoblauch hinzufügen und weitere 2 Minuten kochen.
Bratpfanne, mittlere Hitze.
90 ml Honig.
3 Esslöffel Sojasauce.
100 ml Tomatensauce oder Ketchup.
4-5 Esslöffel Senf.
Saucenzutaten mischen.
2 Esslöffel Zitronensaft auspressen.
Die Sauce zum Kochen bringen und 2 Minuten köcheln lassen.
Legen Sie die Hähnchenschenkel auf das Gemüse.
Darauf die vorbereitete Soße geben.
Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200°C/392°F 25-35 Minuten backen.
Während die Hähnchenkeulen und Kartoffeln backen, bereiten wir einen leckeren Salat zu.
100 g Salatblätter.
1 Gurke.
200 g Kirschtomaten.
Wir halbieren.
1 Avocado.
Sprich mir nach, es ist einfach.
125 g Mozzarella.
Etwas Petersilie.
Salz und schwarzer Pfeffer nach Geschmack.
2 Esslöffel Zitronensaft auspressen.
2-3 Esslöffel Olivenöl.
Alles gut vermischen.
Fertig ist der leckere Vitaminsalat.
Fertig ist ein duftendes und leckeres Abendessen.
Es ist sehr schön und lecker geworden. Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall, dies zu versuchen.
