What You will need:

2. What You will need to make it?

4. 1 Onion,3 sour apples, Potatoes ,1 cup of milk
5. Salt Pepper, Marjoram
6. and 2 pack of Chicken Liver
7. First You need to clean chicken liver
8. Cut all white links what You can see and cut liver in half
9. Then pour 1 cup of milk into the bowl with livers
10. cut onion into 1/2 inch pieces
11. peel and slice apple into thin crescents
12. then cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces
13. Boil them into salted water until almost cooked
14. Bake potatoes o 2 tbsp olive oil
15. bake them for about 10 minutes in 400 F
16. Strain Chicken Liver from Milk
17. In the first pan start frying onions in two tablespoons of oil
18. and in the second pan fry liver also on two tablespoons of oil
19. stir gently
20. fry and salt onion on the other pan for about 5 minutes
21. then add apples
22. mix them well with onions
23. on the other pan keep stirring chicken liver gently until water evaporates
24. then put them in a pan with onions and apples
25. meantime mix potato and switch oven to broil position
26. until you reach golden and crunchy potatoes
27. Season chicken liver with 2 tbsp marjoram salt and pepper
28. mix gently and let them cook for another few minutes
29. Serve them mandatory with Pickles or plus instead with pickled beets

Chicken Liver Pâté with Apple and Beetroot Chutney
This simple and easy recipe show you how to make a chicken liver pate.
Creamy and full of flavour.
Chicken Liver Pâté with Apple and Beetroot Chutney
Ingredients:
For the pâté:
- 400g chicken liver
- 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 250g butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 bay leaves
- 150ml red wine
- 20ml dark rum
- 2tbsp goose fat
- 10g fresh thyme
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
For the chutney:
- 1 large apple(any kind)
- 2 medium beetroot
- 1/2 onion
- 300ml water
- 3tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2tbsp apple cider vinegar
- lemon juice
- 3tbsp brown or cane sugar
- salt, pepper to taste
Pâté:
1. Sauté the onion, garlic, thyme and bay leaves on goose fat, until golden brown, add the red wine and dark rum, reduce to half, remove the bay leaves and let it cool down.
2. Put the butter into a pan and start to melt on low heat.(Don’t let it boil.) Set aside and let it clarify. Drain it through a strainer.
3. Get a blender, put in the sautéed ingredients and the cleaned liver, salt, pepper, egg yolk and blend together while adding the clarified butter slowly until smooth.
4. Pour into a ramekin or mould(clingfilmed), cover, put in a water bath and bake around 1 hour at 120℃.
Chutney:
1. Cut the onion, beetroot and apple into small cubes.(squeeze some lemon juice on the apple)
2. Sauté the onion in a small pan until golden brown, add the sugar and caramelize. Add the balsamic and apple cider vinegar.
3. Put the diced beetroot and half of the apple(keep the other half to the end) to the onion mix. Add the water, season with salt, pepper and cook it around 45min - 1 hour on low heat.
4. When is starts to get sticky add the other half of the apple and cook until tender.
5. Serve chilled.
