600g Elbow Macaroni
510g Garlic and Chili Corned Beef
2 pcs Hotdog (sliced)
115g Sliced Button Mushroom
1 large Red Onion (peeled and minced)
1 whole Garlic (peeled and minced)
2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup Banana Ketchup
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 cups Grated Cheese (any kind)

Cheesy Beef Macaroni (Goulash)
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olive oil 3 tbs
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms
-Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded)
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
-Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
-In pot,add olive oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add onion,garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and mix well.
-Add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add tomato paste,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add fresh basil leaves and mix.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Add boiled elbow macaroni and give it a good mix.
-Add cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).

2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, cooled
1 lb ground beef
1 cup red onion, chopped
½ cup tomatoes, canned, diced, or crushed
¼ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
For Cheese Sauce:
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, powdered or grated
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
To Serve:
parsley, chopped

⬇️ How to make Beef Macaroni Casserole ⬇️
0:11 Pour the olive oil onto the pan.
0:13 Saute the beef until it is fully caramelized.
0:20 Add red onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute all together until the onion and garlic are translucent.
0:31 Add parsley, oregano, tomatoes, and elbow macaroni.
Continue sauteing for 2-3 minutes.
0:43 Season with salt & black pepper. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
0:54 Melt the butter over medium heat.
0:56 Add all-purpose flour.
0:58 Whisk all together until a roux is formed.
0:59 Add milk and continue simmering for 5 minutes.
1:07 Add cheddar cheese, ground nutmeg, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until combined.
1:17 Preheat the oven to maximum temperature to broil.
1:21 Transfer beef macaroni to the baking casserole.

Wayne's Beef Mac & Cheese - What's Cooking Wednesday
Step up your mac and cheese game with this beefy, cheesy, lick-the-plate-good recipe! This dish packs a flavorful punch with bell peppers, onions, garlic, basil, oregano, cumin, and tomatoes - all topped with baked cheese. What's not to love?

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon each dried basil, cumin, and dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
3 cup canned crushed tomatoes
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 lb box elbow macaroni
2 to 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
PREPARATION
Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a skillet; add the peppers, onion, and garlic, and saute until soft. Add the ground beef and sauté until browned. Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, and the basil, cumin, and oregano. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni and the beef mixture. Spread this mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with the cheese and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbly.
Cook's Note: Ground turkey or chicken can be used in place of beef, if desired.
