How To make Baked Red Snapper Lo Cal Dish
2 Lb. fresh or frozen red
snapper fillets or other fish fillets 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 C. vegetable juice cocktail
1/2 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped green pepper
Thaw fish, if frozen. Place fish in greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle lemon juice over fish. Bake fish in a 350 degrees oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Remove fish from oven. Drain off all excess liquid. Pour simmered vegetable sauce over fish. Return to oven; bake 15 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting with vegetable sauce occasionally. Makes 6 servings. Contains 162 calories per serving.

Red Snapper In Lemon Butter Sauce - A Quick And Elegant Meal
I this video I would like to show you how to make pan fried Red Snapper in Lemon Butter sauce. This red snapper in lemon butter sauce is a delicious and elegant way to enjoy fresh red snapper. The fish is pan-fried until golden brown and flaky, then topped with a rich and creamy lemon butter sauce. The sauce is made with butter, lemon juice and it perfectly complements the flavor of the fish. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or a romantic dinner for two.
The ingredients:
1 pcs Red snapper fillet
0 gr White onion
20 gr Garlic 75 gr Butter
00 ml Fish stock
1 pcs Lemon
1 pcs Tomato
1/2 teaspoon White sugar
Asnd Parsley
Asnd Salt and pepper
Asnd Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the fish fillets to the skillset and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fish from the skillset and set aside. In the same skillset, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the lemon juice to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in the parsley. To serve, place the fish fillets on a serving platter and top with the lemon butter sauce.
Tip:
For the best results, use fresh red snapper fillets. To make the sauce ahead of time, simply cook it according to the instructions and then let it cool completely. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you're ready to serve, simply reheat the sauce over low heat until warmed through. So I ordered red snapper fillets at my local grocery store and received the whole fish instead……scales included! ???????? Shopping List:
Whole Red Snapper
Red Potatoes
Peral Onions
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
Spanish Seasonings to taste
Salt to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°
Line a rimmed baking sheet/dish with parchment paper
Sit aside
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sriracha sauce and seasonings in a bowl. Cut 3 slits diagonally on both sides of fish, cutting all the way to the bone.
Place fish on prepared baking sheet with potatoes (diced) and whole pearl onions.
Pour seasoning mixture over the fish, potatoes & onions.
Rub exterior and inside of cuts of fish (on both sides) with the seasoning.
Bake in the oven for 40 mins.
Once completed serve and enjoy!

This recipe gives you one of the most flavorful grilled red snapper you will ever have. You'll be making this a lot often, I can almost guarantee that.
Ingredients for sauce:
1 large red onion
10 cloves garlic
55 grams ginger
1 scotch bonnet
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon (I used the beef flavor)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Grilled Snapper Ingredients:
2 large red snapper, about 5.2 lb
4 bell peppers (1 each of red, yellow, green and orange)
1 large red onion
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (I used Old Bay)
