How To make Banana Nut Pancakes
1 1/2 c Rice flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Xanthan gum
1 1/4 c Water
3 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Honey
2 Egg yolks; beaten
2 lg Bananas; mashed
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
2 Egg whites
Vegetable oil; for frying Combine flour, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum in medium bowl. Stir in water, oil, honey, egg yolks, banana and nuts. Beat egg whites in medium bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter. Pour batter onto hot oiled griddle or skillet; cook on both sides until golden brown. Banana Walnut Pancakes (Pregnancy Recipe)
These delicious breakfast pancakes are enriched with wheat bran, bananas and milk and are perfect for brunch. Bananas and milk provide you with all the energy needed to carry out your regular activities. They also increase the calcium and protein levels of the recipe. Most of us consider waffles and pancakes to be really sinful indulgences. It is actually the ingredients we eat with them like butter, jam or honey that actually make them full of calories. Go ahead and dab a little butter on your pancakes but remember it is an indulgence that should not be overdone.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes 6 pancakes
¼ cup mashed bananas
½ cup finely chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehunkaatta)
2 tbsp wheat bran
½ cup milk
4 tbsp castor sugar
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp melted butter
3tsp butter to cook
For serving
Sliced bananas
Honey
1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
2. Add ½ cup of water, and whisk well till no lumps remain.
3. Heat a non-stick tava(griddle), pour a portion of the batter into a 100mm (4) diameter thick circle.
4. Put ½ tsp butter on the edges and cook each pancake on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour on both the sides.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make 5 more pancakes.
Serve immediately with banana slices and drizzled with honey.

Ingredients of 4 portions
Flour of a rough grinding - 1 glass
Flour from flax - ¼ glasses
The pecans crushed - ¼ glasses
Baking powder - 1,5 teaspoons
Soda - ½ teaspoons
Salt - ½ teaspoons
Buttermilk - 1 glass
Syrup maple - ¼ glasses
Olive oil - to taste
Bananas - 1 piece
Egg - 2 pieces
1. In a big bowl mix both flours, the crushed nuts (to a condition
of flour), a baking powder, soda and salt.
2. In other bowl shake up eggs, buttermilk, maple syrup and the
banana mashed to a condition of mashed potatoes.
3. Connect both mixes and well mix.
4. Well warm a frying pan on average fire. Add a little olive oil
and fry pancakes of the size necessary to you. Necessarily add olive
oil, to readiness. Fry to a ruddy crust from 2 parties.
