How To make Barb's Meatloaf with Cheese
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 tb Pepper
3/4 c Cheddar cheese; cubed
1/2 tb Celery seed
1/2 Onion; chopped
1/4 tb Paprika
1/2 Bell pepper; chopped
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Bread crumbs; dry
1 tb Salt
OVEN TEMP: 350 DEGREES MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. PLACE IN LOAF PAN. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR 15 MIN. *I LIKE TO FORM THIS IN A BALL AND PLACE IT ON A RACK TO COOK, SO THAT MOST OF THE FAT DRIPS AWAY FROM THE MEAT. THIS MEAT LOAF MAKES GREAT SANDWICHES AND IS FLAVORFUL WHEN COLD.

Hot, soft and buttery describes my grandma Barb's easy, homemade yeast rolls. Yep, these rolls are so easy that even I, with my yeast roll challenged self can make them.
I grew up on these rolls and knew the holidays where approaching when the phone started ringing off the hook with people calling to ask my grandma to make them a batch. She smiles big and says why sure I will! every time. Gosh I love her!
I like to brush them with honey butter or parmesan butter right when they come out of the oven. UH-MAY-ZING!!
She was excited to know that I was sharing her recipe online with others. I hope that you enjoy a little piece of our family.

How to make meatloaf and mac and cheese!
Hiya friends! Today I am sharing my favorite meat loaf recipe as a request from YouTube viewer Lisa Nelson and a newer mac and cheese recipe I just started making! Grab a bevvie, sit a spell and see what's cooking in my kitchen today!

Twin Meatloaves from The Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book late 1960's edition
3 cups soft bread cubes (about 4 slices in ½ inch cubes)
¾ cup milk
2 eggs
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup finely chopped celery
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ tsp poultry seasoning
1 ½ lbs ground beef
½ lb ground pork

For glaze:
¼ cup chili sauce or ¼ cup ketchup mixed with 2 T corn syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add eggs. Beat with a hand mixer until the bread is blended into the liquids. Add onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and poultry season; mix thoroughly. Add meats; mix well. Form into 2 loaves on a half sheet pan, you can line it with foil or parchment paper. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
For glaze, spread loaves with chili sauce or spread with the mixture of the catsup and corn syrup. Bake 15 minutes longer.
