1 tb brown sugar 1 tb sweet paprika 1 ts dry mustard 1 ts ground allspice 1/4 ts pepper 2 ea 6 oz 1 thick tenderloin -steaks Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.) Prepare Barbecue (high heat). Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks. Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Need a weber kettle? - Need a thermometer -
Recipe: Ingredienst: - Beef tenderloin - Ciabatta - 2 table spoons mayonaise - 2 tablespoons mustard - mix lettuce - Kress - 125 ml red wine vinegar - 70 gr dark brown sugar - 2 medium size onions - 2 tablespoons butter - salt flakes
How To: - Start up your weber kettle or any other grill - place a skillet on the briquettes - slice the 2 onions - Let buter melt in the skillet and cook the onions - add the red wine vinegar and the dark brwon sugar to the onions - Let the onions caramelize - Meanwhile grill the steaks - Slice the ciabatta in half - mix the 2 tablespoons mayonaise and mustard - smere the mustard mayonaise on the ciabatta - make a bed from the lettuce on the ciabatta - Slice the tenderloin after resting it. (the steaks are done when they reach 54 degrees Celsius or 125 degrees Fahrenheit.) - Place the slices of beef on the lettuce - Sprinkle the steak with salt flakes - Place the sweet onions on the steak - sprinkle on some kress ... and enjoy your new favorite Steak Sandwich
